Unfortunately I cannot put libellous rumours up on the forum. I can simply state my displeasure at this appointment.

Can I just add that I am seriously seriously concerned by things I am hearing (and no I am not telling people via PM.) I really hope there is nothing in the rumours.

I wouldn't be certain that this is permanent.

The last time we were united was on the last game of last season when Crouch was in charge. There would be no such marches against him, of that I am sure. Crouch choose Pearson for manager who is a far far better choice than Lowe's

My impression was that it was a protest against Lowe. We want Lowe out ( and IMO Leon in at least in the interim) then hopefully the rest will follow in due course

I have a friend who works for the Echo. Any idea of the dates of which paper to get? I'll get my hands on one.

Such a shame we didn't know of this before the AGM. Would have been great to see Lowe's face if someone asked who he was!

Thought it deserved a thread of its own: For those not on facebook someone has posted this proposal... On Saturday, 31 January 2009, there will be a protest from the park opposite K.F.C in the town centre, down to the ground. The walk down to the ground will start at 13.30pm. We do ask if possible for you to be there at 13.15pm just so we know how many people will be attending. We will then protest outside the ground for about 15-20 minutes before going into the ground. We also ask that if you have yet to get a ticket that you purchase one for the Northam or the Itchen and not the Chapel or the Kingsland. Banners/ sings are welcome if you can get them into the ground. I know you will have other questions and I will try to answer them.
