The last away coach I went on was derby away in the playoff game. Had the dubious pleasure of viewing badboysaint's half naked obese body throughout the journey as he started fights with everyone. I heard he's in prison now which is the least surprising news ever. -

Apparently this guy is a tout who is trying to flog a ticket for outrageous prices? Mods if this is true could you ban them please? -

@OldNick -
Which is another reason why this should be done at trial.
-
I completely agree. She is culpable and should be prosecuted if necessary. I just think that sort of thing woukd be better served at a trial. American Senate hearings do it all the time where they have senators firing stuff at people to try to generate viral moments. What's happened is awful, I'm just not a big fan of public dressing downs regardless of the obvious responsibility she holds and obviously that isn't trying to minimise the terrible ordeal that everyone else has gone through. People are entitled to disagree.
-
I have to say I was a bit uneasy watching her grilling. I absolutely understand she has some culpability but publically flogging someone in public doesn't actually resolve anything. Like you say, it's more than one person involved here and it's gone a bit burn the witch on the back of the dranatisation which painted her as almost solely responsible.

Does anyone remember the legendary forum post on some fab website when they got relegated to league one and it was pages and pages from every random fan of a club in the country signing up to the forum to laugh at them? Hundreds of fans from all over. -
At least Starmer has seemingly expelled Corbyn. That's a step in the right direction.
-
I'm sorry mate. I hope you can get one.
-
If you'd asked me yesterday I could have got two. One has gone to a mates sister and my uncle has sold his spare. If I hear of any more I'll let you know.
-
I meant if you know people in Southampton there's a ton of people offering tickets because their plans have changed or they cant go.
-
I think if someone really wanted a ticket they should be able to have got one. I got three but I've been offered a ticket from about five different people at this point.
-
I think there's a lot to be said for that. Earlier in the season he really did get stuck doing things in a particular way but it does seem like he's learnt a fair bit. Hopefully if we don't go up we can keep him because I think he will get us up next year with what he's learnt.
-
You've spent the latest five years talking about the Tories almost continuously. Are you going to keep it going for the next five years? The tories will be yesterday's news in a couple of months so of course the calibre of individual that labour put up is now of more interest than what the tories do. Wanging on about the tories for the next four years isn't going to do anything. Unlike some who just wanted decline for the UK if it meant the Conservatives doing badly, I actually want Starmer to succeed because I care about the country. That means getting more competent people in charge with a broader appeal like Andy Burnham or Rosie Duffield (despite some past mistakes) and less unntelligent race-baiters and student politics types like David Lammy. Let's hope Starmer recognises that.

If that were true I'd be hitting him up for a loan. -

My lucky mate has tickets to the royal box. Wonder if there will be any luminaries in there. -
They've been very disappointing but they have zero relevance now because they won't be in power. My interest is in what comes next.
-
He's better than Phillips and Lammy which isn't saying much. At least it isn't Diane Abbott.
-
Disregarding the fact that I like a lot of what Kemi has done, what relevance does your whataboutery have on my opinion of the next government ministers?
-
Yes I expect covid but paid to many plans. I just don't want labour to do too much of the politics of envy or try to get more equality by pulling down people who have had some success. I also don't want identity politics and racial or gender quotas nor do I want someone in a position of power who doesn't know what a woman is. I don't want labour to give loads more money to the NHS to waste or to be soft on illegal migrants which will just attract even greater numbers. I don't think Starmer is as batshit insane as someone like Corbyn but neither do I think that giving the likes of Jess Phillips, West Streeting and David lammy significant positions of power to be a good sign.
-
I was never ever going to vote for Corbyn. Happy to give Boris a chance despite him being who he was given that he deserved to be given a chance to implement brexit. Yes he had covid to deal wirh but even with that allowance he was depressingly rubbish and the Tories did almost nothing with their majority. I'm not sure there's any party at the moment that really represents my views so it's going to be very difficult to know how to vote. It feels like politicians from all parties are deathly afraid of social media and so won't commit to doing anything that might be slightly unpopular so you just end up with a load of stodge where they all just shuffle deckchairs on the titanic and nothing of consequence ever gets done. At least if we had proportional representation it would allow smaller parties to bring some new ideas to the table and maybe give some of them the chance in government every so often. It seems like very few really want Starmer in charge, they would just prefer labour in compared to more of the Conservatives.
-
Same. Pretty depressing that labour are going to win because they are the least unpopular. It does feel like pir country is just on the path to managed decline.
-
Combined with all of his links to Brighton, it wouldn't be particularly surprising. Let's hope he gets us up then we can give someone else a go because I'm not sure his rigid style will keep us up anyway.
