It's a real shame too. When reports suggested we were getting rid last week, I said we had to forgive and forget and understand that people make mistakes. If he gets rid of hin now, he's just completely wasted a week and lost any remaining fan goodwill. Absolutely pointless and even if we had got a result yesterday it wouldn't have meant he should have stayed or that he was in any way suitable.

If they sack him this weekend I'll be really annoyed that they didn't do it last week. With him gone I reckon it was likely we would have won this game and then who knows where we coukd have ended up. They've just wasted a game which is what everyone was saying last week. Of course if they're stubborn and keep him it's only going to get worse.

We need a manager who can improve our form with an eye to next year. Give us some pride to finish the season and get some of these players into a cohesive unit ready for the championship.

I just want to see us getting some mome tum for a promotion charge next year. That's why form needs to improve so we don't have a malaise into next year.

I could understand the logic of wanting to see what Jones could do with the new signings even if I disagree with it. They've now seen that and he's not up to it. I can't see any further excuse. I'd expect him to be gone tomorrow or Monday.

We also need someone with an eye for next year. Get someone in to start building something.
