Because we have found it tough to win games at home against more defensive teams. They are also those 6 pointer games with a lot at stake that both teams will be desperate to get points from. Very difficult to get maximum points from both even though it is possible.
-
Has he shown flashes of ability? I haven't seen it.

That's my prediction. Hopefully we will do a little better and get a win instead of a draw. Palace are in good form though, Burnley away will be a very tough game, I think Cardiff is where we are most likely to get a win but I don't think we will win both that and the Fulham game and arsenal away we will lose. Fine margins.

For a few windows now we have been very much in need of strengthening but we seem to drag out negotiations in the hope of maybe getting a deal over the line that we haven't paid full price for. I think we probably do have a little bit of money to spend but I don't think we have any desire to pay the proper money required in January to get our main targets. We've shown a pattern of not really commiting to signings in January as we obviously believe it's poor value which would be fine if we hadn't just let a load of our players leave. If we get injuries this could come back to bite us considering how close we are to the relegation zone.

Looking good so far.

Exactly so the point was that he performed very poorly in a game and people agreed that he was poor in that game. Very few people wrote him off completely on the basis of one game like you did. You were wrong in 2015 and you're wrong now
-
You're one of them on there. Besides the vast majority in that thread were saying he was rubbish in that particular game or had been poor for a few games. Very few were saying he was an awful player or that he would never make it.
-
This really shows how perilously close we still are to relegation. To not strengthen the team if we have the opportunity is crazy.
-
That's b*llocks and I know that because the last time it was brought up someone posted the relevant threads where it was discussed. It was about 4 or 5 posters at most and they were idiots (and I said so in the threads at the time.) it's morphed into another sainstsmyth that everyone thought that.

I disagree. He's virtually anonymous in almost every game this season. He's not a premier league player at all.
-
Does seem slightly empty though considering he never actually played a game and 99% of people never heard of him before he signed for Cardiff. It would have a bit more sense if the French leagues did it.
-
It's probably closer than you think... https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.cyclingweekly.com/news/latest-news/rachel-mckinnon-becomes-first-transgender-woman-win-track-world-title-397473/amp&ved=2ahUKEwic-a2_7YvgAhXKQxUIHcTFAewQFjAAegQIARAB&usg=AOvVaw1sN2pz2KpyfSzFJTSfYI4H&cf=1

Lol no it isn't.

It's just annoying that the club tries to spin this as some sort of brilliant tactic when the reality is that we don't really have an option to replace with quality because we have no money to spend this January. Let's just admit that the club are taking a risk by getting rid of quite a few players and hoping that the youth and our decent manager is enough to muddle through until the summer without getting relegated. If we did get a few injuries and we got relegated then it really would blow up in our faces but it's not exactly the most inspiring thing in the world or something that makes you want to watch every single game between now and the end of the season. This could change of course if we do get one or two in but my money is still on it being the same as the last two Januarys which have been disappointing to say the least.

Cb fry is entirely correct. Once bitten twice shy. I'm sure Ralph would be very keen to bring players in regardless of what the club or get him to say in public.
-
Ffs if true not again
-
And yet despite that Corbyn still can't command any sort of majority in polls. Absolutely pathetic from him.
-
Yep that isn't good enough imo.
-
If we loan or sell cedric and then bring in no one then that's just bizarre. we have had terrible January's for ages now.
-
Yes but if you remember there were similarly strong links with Walcott last January and then a load of cbs the yeat before.
-
Good point. You would hope that with Les out of the way we may find acquisitions easier.
-
I see the club pr about no signings is in full swing.
-
My comment looking the most accurate so far. No players in is still most likely.
-
It's not irrelevant to Cardiff.

If we beat then it will make absolutely certain we won't finish below them if it isn't already obvious.
