Absolutely this. It's simply something that I and everyone else in my line of work would be utterly unable to afford. So to label someone as heartless or selfish for voting conservative is completely wide of the mark. An element of my voting was because I'm protecting my business and my employees.

Agree with that. I'll be looking to put up staff wages by about 1-2% in September. Will probably cost me about 60K and much of that will not make it to the staff.

People have still ignored my question. One reason I voted conservative is because I felt they would be best for my business. With my business doing well I'm able to pay my staff more (well more than I can afford right now.) Now how is that selfish?

I expect that's the main reason we got him in as he clearly knows that market and it's obvious that we want to concentrate on America to establish a wider fanbase what with that video from last year. I expect his particular style goes down a bit easier over there and he is well suited to that sort of thing.

You would think that after last summer they would be more cautious so that is a reason for optimism. I expect Ralph is involved in growing the overseas business possibly? I'm glad he is doing his thing without too many interviews.

We will see won't we! Very much hope he signs and Les will rightly get the praise he deserves.

Personally I like hearing from Les once we have signed a new player or had someone sign a new contract.

We clearly wanted to keep Adam. All I'm saying is ill be happy when we manage to get one of these big players to re-sign. Saying they are more likely to sign doesn't actually change much.

Agree with this. We heard a lot of nice words last summer but it ultimately came to nothing. I'll be praising the club once Clyne signs and not before.

Along with Morgan, Toby is probably the best player in our squad. I would be extremely surprised if he stayed but pleased!

Does it? I didn't hear that in the interview. Personally if we lose Morgan, Toby and Clyne and keep the rest then I'll be satisfied with that. If we keep any of those three then we will have done brilliantly well as long as we keep all the others.

Not sure why this is continuing. I accused you of reacting to the poster rather than the post on a number of occasions. You admit that actually you do do this with certain posters. You've qualified it by saying you get bored of the rubbish they post and by calling them exceptions but it seems that in general we agree. So there isn't much of a disagreement.

Don't worry, he's said he can't be arsed now which is his equivalent of admitting he was incorrect and apologising. Fair enough.

If pap had just conceded the obvious in the first place instead of conceding it but calling them exceptions then it wouldn't have got this far or become this dull.
