  1. so so bitter. You lost, suck it up and move on.
  2. Except that I'm not biased. I've voted labour in the past and I'm not predicting meltdown just because the party I didn't want got elected in.
  3. No I reckon they were hacked off at nick for breaking his promises.
  4. Nah. Won't be anywhere near as bad as you think, that's just your bias talking. I'm quite positive that they will continue sorting the economy out and we will do alright.
  5. Because they know that the Conservatives are best for the economy.
  6. Of course the Conservatives won't be perfect, but if Labour had won a majority I certainly wouldn't be describing it as an apocalyptic moment. It's pathetic tbh.
  7. what a load of melodramatic twaddle.
  8. Yep and a number of people I have spoken to have said that. I couldn't believe it when he refused to say they had overspent.
  9. IMO if it were the least bad then they wouldn't have gained from last time. To win more seats after being in power for four years is actually really impressive and is a clear endorsement of what they were doing previously.
  10. Well yes. As I said on a previous thread, labour have just ran an anti tory campaign and it has blown up in their face. People trust the Tories on the economy and clearly the campaign has been a huge success for them. Despite a load of people on here saying how great ed has done, the reality is that he was a woeful choice for leader.
  11. Looks like Cameron could have a majority. Fair play, despite all the protests his campaign has been superb.
  12. 325 predicted by the BBC for Conservatives. That's remarkable.
  13. You weren't alive in 92? God I feel old.
  14. I agree with a lot of what you say and I reckon you're pretty even handed despite being a bit of a Leftie
  15. Just seen this. The full fee paying parents effectively subsidise the shortfall. With virtually no fee paying children, every nursery in the country will be losing money.
  16. When you considered it acceptable to shout it in public at people including children you mean?
  17. Not just this. Your comments from earlier in the thread were worthy of applause too. Well done sir.
  18. I like you VFTT. It's good when people aren't blind to the party they support and are happy to say what they think.
  19. Personally I'm hoping whoever comes in reduces business rates for nurseries. Both parties have spoken about it but done nothing and the proposed rising of "free" childcare rates (that aren't free) are going to ruin nurseries.
  20. Many people died needlessly when labour were last in power but it doesn't seem to stop people voting for them.
  21. Really not very surprising. Not really worth giving it attention and best ignored.
