old news - hadn't refreshed page and was surprised not on here!
-
Keys has resigned. Both had to go.
-
No back up for strikers are (Guly / Lambert starting) 1) Barnard - one of best in this league and probably better than any in top 6 starting! 2) Connolly 3) Lallana moving to striker - as has done this season 4) Ox-C moving to striker - as has done this season 5) then Doble Back up for CM is probably Morgan - French U21!
-
don't think them, plus Lallana -fees, salaries, signing on fees, agents etc would be a low spend for league 1 - reckon we have spent a fair bit
-
Chaplow Guly?
-
we have signed 2 players - higher level - in this window, plus new contract for Lallana, therefore money point does not seem valid. Guessing this guy is signed as back up / impact sub to cover starting 11 - seems right sort of signing with similar aptitudes as Antonio and probably better pedigree
-
more than unlikely, near on impossible!
-
to end of season
-
Go on Alps my cheery friend, humour and explain why 2nd is insurmountable against my opposing view? Also why is it probable half the team are out for the 2nd half of season? I think apart from Holmes full squad are in training?
-
sounds like a good sub - which is probably what he is for
-
looks like better pedigree than Antonio had when he came
-
if you don't know how middle bit is said don't guess
-
Seaborne, Gobern, Martin and Doble off?
-
I would bet that any other teams supporters, pundits and club staff would be amazed to think that anyone following league 1, let alone saints would think all we should do is hope for play offs at best????? Bizarre.
-
agree but don't think signing says much either way.
-
just put links to info and youtube on transfer window thread - pacy strong left winger
-
http://www.lcfc.com/page/ProfilesDetail/0,,10274~33485,00.html enough from me!
-
Predominantly a powerful, pacy left-winger who can also operate on the opposite flank or up front,
-
will await the youtube compilation!

I know I should ignore but...(and will bite my tongue for any non-football personal response!) We are two points behind the team in 2nd. We have a better goal difference than all bar Brighton in top 6. Our current form is better than any of the other teams after the 2nd spot. We have the biggest quality squad of any other contender for 2nd spot and so should be best prepared for 2nd half of the season. There are 21 games for us left. We have gained on all of those teams ever since Adkins came into the club. Our results over the last month: Won 5 games Drawn 1 Lost 1 goals scored 19 goals, goals conceded 4. Why would anyone say that we face an insurmountable challenge to get into 2nd?

class. Should have known the total lack of class when his dad came to a game a few weeks ago with a coat with girly fur collar!

if the female presenter walked out of sky saying it was not an appropriate environment to work in, there is no doubt sky could have been done for constructive dismissal and cost them a fortune - rightly so. They had to deal with him. Bloke has come out of this looking total knob
