Just about every club is a selling club. No club can hang onto players, just higher up the easier it gets. Spurs are loaded. They are 5th in premiership and in champions league. All talk is about how they are struggling to hang onto Modric and Bale as they are playing well. We will lose players. It won't be chairmans or managers fault it because players move around!!!

was replying more to the bit you quoted than your comment sorry, how can anyone say with any credibility he is better than Walcott at the same age when he has managed 15 appearance and 4 goals in league 1, and at same age Walcott had more than matched that in CCC, plus played for arsenal in prem and champions league, plus been picked for a world cup squad, plus won BBC young sports personality of the year - and was soon to score in a cup final! Not even close!

Adkins seems the right appointment to me at the moment; 1) good working relationship with Cortese - the most important thing 2) good record at this level 3) rated within the game as having ability to go further 4) modern approach

where were we and how were we playing when Adkins came in? lowest amount of points in division after 6 games, now 5 points with two games in hand off 2nd. time to put those knives back in the drawer for a while!

difficult to compare - last season we started with putting a squad together, this season we have slow start followed by 4 defeats when changing manager (which hopefully won't be repeated in 2nd half of the season!)

Rickie's form is much much more of loss than having Antonio as bit part player. Would have him back tho!

Think the opposite - win %'s and points are the main thing he will be judged on, and they are pretty good at the moment
