you do all realise that Dune is not for real and on a wind up?
-
what is it, finished above us 7 years in the last 50? Enjoy the 7 years that you and I will see in our lifetime of you being the better team.
-
Eastleigh £10? Happy to pay sooooo much (£14) to watch Lallana,Lambert, Fonte, Puncheon etc. Coherent enough for you?
-
might as well get the league's RB of season as well?

bit old but descibes him http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2007/dec/11/southend

the fans are part of the balancing act - but success on the pitch rather than popularity is surely his aim? And rightly so. If we crowds go down etc that will impact on his aims, its a balancing act which is why we are better with a directed CEO rather than fans on the board.
-
its simple. Cortesse's job - sole job - is to make the club successful, not to keep certain groups of fans happy although that assists and is a balancing act. At the moment the club has moved in the right direction continuously since he has been here, albeit only a year. If that changes, or people lose confidence that it will continue, then more will turn against him. I don't care what an executive of the club is like - as long as the club is heading in the right direction. This club has had far too much emphasis on the boardroom.
-
you are probably right.
-
I got one for a regular Anfield attendee:(
-
doubt it, if we are playing like the end of last season think crowds will be good.
-
and so there should be, do you want one of these numpties whering the shirt, or fans on the board?
-
how many of those had read the fan's charter? I expected the plan to be in place, wish it was and feel the club should have informed us that it was going. But also think some are getting carried away - the point of season tickets was put money upfront and guarantee your seat, alternatively stagger payments by paying each week by buying tickets.
-
but tickets are fairly priced. I couldn't afford a season ticket few years ago. Didn't get one, went to several games and got one when could afford it a few years later. Suggest others do the same

I won't, like the club being successful and enjoy it when well supported.
-
totally agree, would rather a no nonense ceo than some thick fan on the board set up saying "we want to keep it our club etc"
-
hence the huge queue he joined when he bought us?
-
lots of fans fall by the wayside, its the way of the world, hopefully more will keep coming - particularly if we win this league.
-
£14 per game is pretty cheap to watch saints win a league!
-
just seen headlines that boateng sold to Man C for £10.5m.. but its Jerome the brother! thought fee was high!
-
why didn't he sack him then? if he wanted to he would have done. Pardew has been having his name chanted most of the season. Think you are just jealous
-
I don't think he was going to sack him. It doesn't make sense.
