  1. He was a **** before he did that and he's still a **** after doing that.
  2. Lucky bunch of bent cheating ****s
  3. It's really really difficult to troll when we're doing so well, isn't it?
  4. http://www.sportsclubstats.com/England/Premier.html About a 7% chance, based on results over the season and current strength. Can't take into account current strength not being accurate of course, for example an injury to a key position.
  5. Whether we have a realistic chance will depend on the Man City game. We're unlikely to win, but it's certainly possible. Can we make up the 4 other points in 11 games? Also unlikely, but possible. Even if we manage that, we could be pushed down out of the top 4 by West Ham or Man Utd. So, the odds are vastly against us, but not as vastly against us as they were 6 games ago. I'm certainly not giving up hope on making top 4 yet.
  6. I'm sure no-one needs reminding, but this is an ongoing trial, and there has been advice directly about it from Durham Constabulary. https://www.durham.police.uk/news-and-events/Pages/News%20Articles/Social-media-guidance.aspx
  7. Assuming that Suarez didn't encroach before it was taken, yeah. Only stipulation is that the ball goes forward. Still goes down as a penalty miss for Messi though.
  8. City's form going backwards, their players have to be thinking about Pep coming in next season. Seven points now, they have to play us at St Mary's too, I'm starting to think that maybe, just maybe, it's not impossible for us to catch them.
  9. Must be close to a perfect tactic Koeman's found for us here, defensively at least.
  10. So, late charge for Champions League qualification and the Golden Glove award?

  12. Finally! Get in!
  13. Never any guarantees of course, but potential on a similar level to Bale has been mentioned. Arsenal, Man Utd, and Bayern Munich were after him back before he signed his pre-contract at the start of this season.
  14. Only just got back, not the most enjoyable game I've seen this season, but definitely the most enjoyable final whistle
  15. Hah! Was about to post that exact same link
  16. http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?36237-Leeds-v-Saints-MotM#.VrFLzlrfWrU It's just about beating the previous record at the moment.
  17. Kelvin (just!) for me. Felt like he could have played by himself that day and it would have ended 0-0!
  18. And it was their keeper that equalised

  20. Fraser Forster take a bow!

  22. Well, that's one way to make a decent first impression!
  23. So, add Austin to the banner?
  24. Really like this formation, with Bertrand switching between CB and LB, and Targett switching between LW and LWB, we can switch between 442 and 352 really easily as needed, must be a nightmare to play against. Only slight downside is that it shackles Bertrand's attacking threat, but Targett's been stepping up on that front with this formation. With this, Austin signing, not to mention the cricket, it's been a good day!
  25. Taking your premise that we ignore that matchday income is relatively insignificant these days, I think you've got your cause and effect turned around here. If there were more signings, AND this led to a better product on display (better football, Europa or maybe even Champions League), there would be more demand for tickets. It would be that increased demand that would lead to increased ticket prices. Increasing ticket prices with the the promise of better signings would probably have the opposite effect, reducing demand as people waited for the better signings to actually be bought and justify the increased prices.
