Yep, the non-interfering player was called offside on the field, and VAR didn't have the angles to call the interfering player onside, and his shoulder was further forward than his feet, so stayed with the on field decision.
-
Blimey. Did they not have an angle to use VAR properly there, went with the onfield decision?

Leicester will have at least half an eye on the top four battle now.

I was there for his three minute hat-trick, I remember saying that it might be a record when the third went in! One of my favourite moments as a Saints fan. I still wish I’d picked up one of the Super Mané mugs they released to commemorate it!

Jeez, hadn’t realised just how bad wolves recent form has been.
-
Can’t be often a team will let 3-0 leads slip in back to back games, but West Ham in danger of that here
-
It was a penalty. It was also a foul just before the penalty. Only one of those was picked up on VAR, which was frustrating, but we came back from 2-0 down, which is possibly a bigger confidence boost than any normal win could have given us. Considering it also lifts us clear of the relegation scrap, it’s the last thing Leicester would have wanted

Who’s the utter **** on commentary?
-
That was disgusting, didn’t even show the ref the pull back there.

Oh ffs.

Looks like Europe is starting to be hit by the UK variant as bad as we were. I fear that the narrative that it was purely down to incompetence that it hit us so hard has led to it being underestimated. They need to lock down far more strictly than they are, right at a time when people want to do the opposite.

Where did I say we shouldn't go ahead in the first place? I just pointed out that having an ability to go ahead in games isn't a given in the Premier League. We've been better than most at it.
-
I suppose we'd be better off being like Sheffield United and never getting into the winning positions in the first place? We've had a poor run, but it's getting into winning positions that gives us a chance to, well, actually win them.
-
You mean he got us to top over the course of almost half the season and had one day where everything went against us? The only way to drop points is to get into that winning position in the first place. If we keep doing that there's clearly something going right with the tactics.
-
Everyone could have put ten men behind the ball in their games against Leicester and they'd never have won the league. Would have completely destroyed their tactics. But they didn't. We had our way of playing, it's got us to the top of the league this season and seen us beat some of the best teams in the world in the last few seasons. The only thing embarrassing here is a supposed Saints fan concentrating in virtually every post on only our worst moments. Constantly.
-
So you'd swap their manager for ours then?
-
Fantastic free-kick. Amazing save.
-
Definitely a few players out there tonight that have been playing more for themselves than the team.

Their home kit is blue and white.
