Problem there is that if it does not end up exactly on the right desk on the right section you've had it, the staff who process claims have no face to face contact with the public so generally can't be bothered. The only hope is if you see someone in the Jobcentre who phones up and is as bolshy as hell, then that might ( not guaranteed ) provoke some movement. Used to work for me though invariably my reputation for being a pain in the backside preceeded me!
