  3. Indeed, just watched it again and recorded it. Might watch it again sometime !! Not sure who'd be MOM, however, Lambert seemed to be everywhere so he might just nick it but who really cares ! A very good TEAM performance, even with so many changes we looked confident and after the 1st I thought it was just a question of how many. I've been positive about the JPT all the way through and for 45,000+ Saints fans a day to rememeber shows we were right to take it seriously IMO.

  13. Yes, another win for Wigan Hull surprised me by losing at Salford, would not have predicted that with Salford only 1 win before last night.
  14. Thanks ! Yes, I always associate Barry Hills with good early season results and indeed at this point in the season the market can often speak volumes. However, in the long run these were last seasons leading flat racing trainers. Mark Johnston's runners tend to run well fresh. 1 Saeed Suroor 98 - 408 24.0 2 Sir Michael Stoute 88 - 377 23.3 3 Sir Mark Prescott 61 - 270 22.6 4 W J Haggas 63 - 301 20.9 5 M A Jarvis 67 - 329 20.4 6 H R A Cecil 56 - 282 19.9 7 J Noseda 53 - 291 18.2 8 M Johnston 194 - 1092 17.8 9 P W Chapple-Hyam 34 - 202 16.8 10 J H M Gosden 70 - 425 16.5

  16. If you are heading back into London then walking to Preston Road station ( about a mile) gets you on to the Met line before the trains reach Wembley Park. Heading west t'is slightly more difficult but have to say that in years of going mainly to England games still found it reasaonably Ok at Preston Road as long as I headed for the front of the train. Might not get a seat but not crammed in like sardines anyway and I always had/have the option to get off at Harrow on The Hill and get bus to Watford but by then train was usually starting to empty.
  17. Just a shame you can't afford your coach fare !
