  3. Snap, I prefer the old Wembley and been to see Saints 4 times. Now won 2 and lost two, couldn't be bothered to go to the ZDS final v Forest in the '90's. Could afford to be more choosy in those days Oh, I'm getting doddery and I'm only in my 50's !

  5. Just stick him in a rack, might stop him moaning for a while. At least on here !
  6. Indeed, he can get carried away with his own enthusiasm !
  7. As if anyone needs telling most tipsters are a waste of money this is a reasonably accurate summary of bets from many of the most well known/expensive tipping services around since 2000. A 34% strike rate is none too bad, however what is clear from that stat is that many of the winning tips have been very short prices ! I do believe that even us lot are better than these bunch of shysters. It does not even include what I consider the worse services which are those which ask you to place usually around £20 on their behalf for any tip they give you. In other words if you are a big enough mug you take all the risk, it should be banned IMO as people are stupid/desperate enough to think they are on to a good thing when they receive an email telling them that the tips "are from very good sources". Rather like out of the horse's mouth ! TOTALS Bets 239724 Wins 82236 Loses 157488 Win percentage 34% Profit to advised stake -£16582.60 Level stakes profit - £14270.56 Profit to £10 stake -£143,504.87 !!
  8. My oh my, read this again when you're sober !
  9. Indeed, the good times are coming back !
  10. Nice for once to hear someone in the media talking positively about Saints and I'm sure meaning it, Jonathan Pearce on LKO : " I was at Cardiff when Saints fans lit up the FA Cup Final, they made it a real occasion, a proper FA Cup Final. I saw them cry at St Mary's when I watched the Saints getting relegated from the Premier League. I've studied closely a good man, Alan Pardew, as he has pieced together a side capable of bringing back the good days. There is too much bad news attached to football these days and this weekend at Wembley was a good news day. " All in all a very positive programme, thoroughly enjoyable.
  11. And finally at 3.30am and having decided to go to Tesco as I was hungry and the fridge was empty they are there. Nice cup of tea and I can sit back and enjoy them
  12. Indeed. I also waited what seemed like an eternity for the JPT highlights!

  14. Police........who'll be after Hamster soon I reckon !
  15. By no means the only time he has been wrongly given offside to be fair, think he's just too quick for the linesmen and his pace alone is one big reason he has to stay.
  16. I might do that WHEN it becomes available, shouldn't really take an hour + should it !?
  17. Keep on topic please, what follows district !
  18. Yes, I was incredibly lucky that within a year of regularly attending Saints games at the age of 10 ( 1966) we gained promotion to the top flight for the 1st time ever and then for the next 20 years or so experienced some incredible times. I must admit whilst my love of football has dwindled and especially since Sky/the PL came along Saints will always be my team and proud of that I am too.
  19. He is a a funny mood it has to be said, probably not getting enough worms!
  20. Ok, I think I get the link ! district
