Curses, an awful day anyway but which beast went and won this race ? Aldermoor at 25/1. I've backed it at long odds several times but gave up after it's last awful run. Wouldn't you just know it would win today !!!!
To be fair it works both ways, St Will probably sees you as overly negative, you see him as too quick to jump on negativity and possibly too postive himself. There is a middle ground, finding it is the hard part !
Well clearly someone at Plymouth had some regard for him making him captain and helping them to 2 promotions in the process. He's a very defense minded player ( used to play CB). Was named in the PFA League 2 team of the year in 2002 so I suggest he's not totally without his good qualities.
TBH I think this forum is the exception rather than the rule. I know plenty of forums where positive news/outcomes produces far more response than something negative. Just my opinion/observations of course!
Have you seen Valencia for Man Utd ? £16m and some of his crossing is really poor but it can be worked on so I agree it's good that he was practicising it. That said I think it's more a case of when to cross the ball and where to place the cross rather the how, the actual art of crossing the ball isn't that hard in my opinion
Getting into plus points is a real monkey off our backs. Cannot be easy going into games knowing even if you win you'll still be on minus points and in the games we have drawn more recently still on minus points. We'll see how much of a physchological lift that gives us next week I hope.
