Why are pro-Lowers MORE vociferous now??

got to agree the clubs future is on the line and all we get is more silly threads about lowe by the same people who have nothing better to do but live in the past. its all lowe with them nothing about the great new dawn when wilde and his bunch rode into town with the support of many on this website and then bankrupted the finances bigtime the last two seasons. all 3 of the major shareholders have brought this club to its current state and hopefully we can get a buyer. who cares if you are pro or anti lowe the clubs on the verge of bankruptcy. -
i think we would not ended up being relegated if hoddle was reappointed but i don,t think the link with lowe had anything to do with it. but thats history now we ended up with sturrock, leading to the mismangement we had ever since at the club.
-
not saying he is the answer but we do need a manager for the long term and stick by him like we used,to with the likes of big mac and ted bates .
-
i bet you would have said it about lawrie the year we got relegated under him,
-
you realised that has well i expect they will try to rubbish eastleigh next.
-
he maybe but some managers learn from the sack and improve with experience, but i do not think he is any better than wotte.
-
most successful clubs stick with their manager for more than one season at a time, its a recipe for disaster to change manager every season.
-
as far has i am concerned we have got a manager, lets try something like keeping a manager in place for a few seasons then we may get successs. it works at most clubs.
-
yes i agree 100% agree nick
-
its the same old knocking nonsence like harry hill sketch-whos better. pearson had threads like this last season when he was be knocked.
-
it sums up the season for me just another thread to stick the boot into our club, i am more worried about hopeing the club survive.
-
got to agree another pointless thread,
-
thats because we had some village idiots in charge of the finances which has led us to admin and a firesale of players and high wage earners.

Rupert's still talking.. prepare to be surprised

i think the interest was their but when they looked at the finances they could see what a shambles andmismangement it was and walked away. -
yes you are right but can you see him letting the overdraft get out of control,he would have cut costs if he had to ,he would have not have given the likes of jason around £9,000 a week . we lost our parachute payments and increased our high wage bill which lhas got us into this sorry state today.
-
i agree but harry still had a side good enough to take us back up ,but lowe should have given him some more cash for that season .
-
its easy to blame lowe for this season but the last 2 years we mismanged big time, read the accounts for the last two seasons ,it is a disgrace ,we only just stayed up last year with all those well payed players.
-
yes that true but lets not forget the real villians who,s mismangement of finances the last 2 years has put us on the verge of league 2 and caused the firesale of players this season. if they ran the finances with our income we would not had to loan out our high earners and coulld have bought a better quality type of player.
-
i agree he just said read the accounts for the last 2 seasons the truth is there, the man may be hated but the real villians involved who mismanged the clubs finances big time for that period have got away with their share of the blame.
-
i think he was right the 2 years he was away , their was mismangement big time with finances . i think he could not say how much the club repayed or reduced overheads. i expect for legal reasons while the club is up for sale he cannot go into detail .i am glad to see the back of him but alot of people involve the last 2 seasons need to hang their heads in shame for the sorry state this club is in.
-
the league are just buying time and hope the pressure from the likes of forest, plymouth barnsley etc subsides,if we were going to get the ten points deduction they would have did it today,i think the league know the legal position allready.
-
you got to remember it was their whole life along with stanley, now they are lost without old rosey cheeks.
