  1. Hang on! Wait, what? You live in Dubai? Why haven't you ever mentioned that before?
  2. It's happening, or something. Sent from my HTC One mini 2 using Tapatalk
  3. I'm gong there on Monday. I'll wave to you.
  4. I thought he was a goodie?
  5. Since our first year in the championship? For over half your Saints supporting life you've had it better than you'll ever have it again. If you think its been nothing but ****, give up now.
  6. Straight swap with J-Rod?
  7. I just bought a Hoover from Argos. £299 reduced to £199. You can use this information however you feel fit.
  8. Top modding!
  9. My detest for Redknapp is significantly more than my dislike of Derby fans. Significantly more.
  10. http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/luke-shaws-manchester-united-transfer-3576129? He's house hunting in Cheshire apparently...
  11. Kadeem Hardison knew what he was talking about! Baj/stevegrant, surely it's time to forgive and forget? I know Deppo was pretty "relentless with his jokes" but surely that is less worthy of a ban then being relentless with tedious ******** as a few posters are these days (I won't name any names)?
  12. Where's the best place to go? I'm moving house soon and need to start pretty much from scratch (have nothing except a bed so far). I quite like the look of NEXT stuff, and the price isn't too bad, although it'd be nice if I could get it a little cheaper. Does anyone know if they ever d big sales on furniture; if so, when? How sturdy is Ikea stuff. I always assume not very, but any good news stories would be welcome. Anywhere else people can recommend?
  13. Tokyo (Tokes!), the fact that you reported Deppo is nothing to be ashamed of, neither is being threatened by his superior sense of humour. After all, he was a funny poster. Let's just leave it now - it obviously wasn't just your fault - Deppo had numerous infractions as you've highlighted before, but unfortunately you asked for a few of them to be given which contributed to his banning (whether you endlessly complained about him on threads at the time, or directly told the mods via PM/report function is neither here nor there). You're the new forum funny guy now. I love the way you do the same jokes as Bearsy but in a slightly different way a few minutes after him. It's adorable and occasionally you make people smile with your posts (probably). Deppo's departure has enabled you flourish in that sense. Yes, lots of people are still slightly disappointed that he's gone, but try not to feel too guilty about it.
  14. His dad isn't a fan of Saints. We embarrassed him a few times.
  15. I genuinely believe that his goal against Bristol Rovers is one of the most important (in hindsight) in Saints recent history. Good servant for the club. From the quote above though, it sounds as though Fonte's off?! (I doubt it though).
  16. Was definitely a clear 1-1-3-1-4. An innovative defensive tactic.
  17. I feel bad for Everton. Let's make it fair and bring Hooiveld on. (Not a dig...I actually like Hooiveld)
  18. Just seen this advertised on the stream I'm watching before kick-off. http://www.depend.com/guard-your-manhood They must know Alpine is watching...
  19. Typical plastic fan, only interested in seeing David Moyes. Now he's gone, you don't care.
  20. Exactly my point. Haven't looked in to it for exact stats, but probably less than a handful of substitute appearances at the start of the season by the reckoning. Seems to be focussed far more on his so called media career this season, which I know for a fact has led to a number of Liverpool fans questioning his commitment to the club. Shame really, because he's been very good for them in past seasons.
  21. Haha! Mate, you've made yourself look like a bit of a goon there! Neville has been retired for at least a year or two now! Agree about Carragher though. He seems to be living off Liverpool's success this season, but the reality is, I think he has probably played in less than half of their games this season.
  22. "There is also an atmosphere at the club that if you see someone thinking they are bigger than they are, then straight away everyone says ‘stop, you have to keep your feet on the ground, you haven't made it yet'. The players self-police to some extent and the staff look out for things as well." Dani Osvaldo, anyone?
  23. I considered doing teaching about a year ago. I'd just finished my Masters and hated, with a passion, my current job (which at the time I had been in for about a year). I'm still in that job now having decided to stick with it. Although I'm a few decades younger than you by the sounds of it, I too have always had teaching at the back of my mind. Anyway, I got pretty far in the application process. I applied to Brighton Uni (took the numeracy/literacy tests you're required to do - don't be scared by anything you might read online that makes these sound difficult. If you've got a couple of brain cells you should be able to pass these no problem). I went to the interview/did a presentation, and got a conditional offer subject to completing a couple more weeks of work experience in a new school. I did this, and I'll be honest, it was a culture shock. Sitting in classes with some of the rudest, loudest, stupidest and disobedient-est children I have ever met was a real eye-opener and put me off for life. I won't name the school, but while not the best, it didn't exactly have a bad reputation either. I would be scared it I had to work somewhere like that - or heaven forbid, somewhere worse. After a bit of thought, I declined the offer to uni. All things considered, I'm glad I stayed where I am. I think I was on the verge of the biggest mistake of my life had I gone ahead with it. Anyway, good luck. You might like it better.
  24. AFC Bournemouth are now tantalisingly close to the Championship play-offs with just a few games to go. It'd be great to have a Premier League derby with them, albeit a relatively friendly one. Even though they had a bit of bad feeling towards us in League 1, I know the majority of Saints supporters will join me in wishing our Dorset-ish neighbours the best of luck in the run-in. Seeing as we don't have a huge amount to play for any more this season, maybe a few of us will even go along to Bournemouth to cheer them on. COYC!
  25. Almost 2 years of Saints history through the eyes of Man City fans. Some more knowledgeable than others.... http://forums.bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=258733 And while I'm at it, ther very own version of the Pompey Takeover Saga. They like Pompey more than we do: http://forums.bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=299084
