  1. I’m fairly certain this kind of post in the past would’ve resulted in a ban. Progress eh?!
  2. I have shared my opinions previously, I don’t feel the need to repeat them ad nauseum. Gutted, I thought I was more indirectly rude, need to work on my subtlety.
  3. I take no pleasure in saying this… Fuck off.
  4. Hilarious. Who is calling our football revolutionary or Martin a visionary?? Your rant is based upon something no one has said, ever. On stats that you can’t prove or disprove against your subjective opinion. Sounds like you’ve been working too hard.
  5. Yeah, we were awesome away to Cardiff and Leicester and home to Stoke following Bazunu's injury - no mistake.
  6. So on the basis of 3 games, you're willing to bet the previous 46 would've been better. Ok.
  7. Rise above it… easy for you to say
  8. Pathetic 1/10.
  9. Sunday will go down in Saints history as the dawning of the new age, the rise of The Saints, football freaks to the deliverance of the promised brand of football. Some sad sacks will be apoplectic as they know from this point football has no further room for improvement, it’s been completed. Done. Arne Slot my arse!! Fuck you bin dippers, you’re behind the curve now.
  10. Underachieved? Really?! Fuck me, we really don’t need to go there again, Shirley.
  11. If we sacked the first team squad not many are going to Premier League clubs outside the bottom 4.
  12. You must've missed the first England Greece game. Anyway, despite that cluster fuck of managing the best players the country has, his complete lack of any notable club management experience, his seemingly complete lack of desire to enter club management in the 15 years or so since he retired from playing... he's clearly the man for us! SIGN HIM UP!
  13. yep, annoyingly well run!!
  14. And Brighton have done very well out of sales the past 3 seasons
  15. I don’t think anyone is blaming the shit refereeing or VAR-ing for all our problems. What you can say is that when the score is 1-1 it’s a totally different game as they don’t have the comfort of sitting in a low block and not take any risks.
  16. Fucking joke of a game. Things are hard enough as it is without having a perfectly good goal chalked off or allowing the 2nd to stand after 2 blatant fouls. Fuck you VAR, up the fucking Saints!
  17. I can’t see anyone coming here that would give us a realistic chance of staying up better than Martin, not that I think we will stay up or thought we would at the start of the season.
  18. Playing Jack or Charlie does allow KWP more freedom, I think they are both equally flawed.
  19. Thank fuck we beat Everton. Still a massive game for us but we go there with the confidence of a Premier League victory in the bank. Question mark over Lallana's availability, about to go into a 2 week break so if there's half a chance he's alright then worth the risk against Wolves rather than saving him for the horrendous run we have till Christmas. If no Adam then Joe starts, add Flynn and Mateus as the other 2 midfielders. It must be tempting to start Adam A on the left for this, Tyler on the right and Archer in the middle of the front 3. But for balance I reckon we start with Fraser on the left, Archer in the middle and Adam A on the right. As hard as it is to leave Suga out, KWP has to play and play in his strongest position, THB, Jan B and Jack S to complete the 4.
  20. Pleased you recognise that many styles could give us an abysmal season too.
  21. Not really, many styles could also equal the same outcome.
  22. There you go again... I didn't accuse anyone of shitting their pants about anything. I'm not expecting everyone to agree on anything be that style of play - you're just making this up. You clearly have an issue with my opinion, of which I couldn't give a shiny shit.
  23. No, you're creating an argument that doesn't exist. I'm enjoying the football we try to play. I don't like losing. One does not necessarily equal the other.
  24. Yep, and if you insist on being as base with your correlation then I also enjoyed all 87 points from last season too. Being a proper Saints fan over multiple decades I'm used to a bit of adversity in the top league, the trick is not to shit your pants too often.
  25. An agenda on a football forum? Unlikely these days. All the poster said was he was enjoying the football, some actually do, surprising / alarming / triggering as that is to you.
