I went to Greece, a dusty old track to a nice beach, there was a Liebherr digger building some part of a house. Coincidentally I had my saints shirt on, and my saints beach towel. I had my photo taken as evidence.
Various fair trade products do taste awful. You have to "shop around" to find the good ones. But even they sometimes change, like Geobars. They used to be really nice but they've changed the recipe and now they taste gross.
Maybe they should label non-fairtrade products with an "Unfairly Traded" sticker so people can see each time they buy that they are ripping people off... but most people would rather turn a blind eye as long as "i'm alright" .. ?
Saga bascially doesn't want to be here anymore... we need someone who wants to play for the club who can control all our long balls and lay them in for Lambert. Or we need to stop playing long ball football...
I think I had the same injury (ligament that holds knee cap in place).
I ended up doing physio where the idea was to build up the knee muscle so that it "held" the stretched ligament in place long enough for it to heal. I had originally left it for a fair few months... but it never got better on its own. Always felt uncomfortable.
In the end the physio (months of it) worked. Though my knee is not back to its original state (when are they ever!) it isn't uncomfortable anymore. Overall it took about 2 years, but probably because I was out of the country for several weeks of that and initially didn't get help.
