I guess considering we weakened the team yet again with the sales of Ings and Vestegaard. Replaced with an unknown AA and Lyanco. Yes. Just a shame the team led us to believe we could do better for a little bit.

Remind has done so much ball watching today...

How has Vardy not been booked there?
-
Ralph has managed to pick a team with no attacking threat. Blunt.
-
No chance they'll do much except issue a relatively small fine. Leeds and Burnley obviously looking for points deducted but don't think that has ever happened? The league will be too scared in case they get follow up legal action that rumbles on..
-
Makes you wonder why we've persisted with Bednarek for so long without giving him a look in.

BBC have been excruciating in their Liverpool focussed coverage. Just makes me hope ever more that City win the title and Real thump them in the final.

I agree. And Ralph has shown time and time again that he has no way to arrest a slide of bad form. No real motivational skills at all. Nothing he is able to say to change the mindset.

Only half time. But yes, if Liverpool know 7,8,9 goals will put them top on merit. Then they will surely be going all out. Up to us to stand up and be counted for once. Would be wonderful if we prevented them from taking advantage.

Thought a stat popped up that he's lost his last 5 Wembley finals. Poor chap 😉

The next 7 days are going to be wholly unpleasant to endure. Checking other scores, hoping teams below us lose. And though somewhat unlikely a week from tonight we could find ourselves seriously in the sh1t. I ask myself again how the heck did we end up in this position with the run of games we've just had? (that's rhetorical, it's been done to death already and the best I can see is its a mixture of the manager and the players.. ) Fearful. But maybe in 24 hours can be slightly more optimistic.

It's far from over for Liverpool. City have got a tough few games ahead against potentially tricky opposition. Liverpool have just got us at some point
-
At least we should know a little more of our fate by the time this game comes around. Both Leeds and Everton will play 3 times and Burnley once more before we face Liverpool. Hopefully we can go into this one already knowing we are safe by then...
-
Liverpool players must surely be thinking about our various 9 nils and thinking its their turn. Maybe go one more and make it 10. About time we broke some more records..
-
I do think Ralph needs to go. We need a fresh vision. But he has been given progressively worse squads to work with year after year. More depth this year but lower star quality, the kind that wins games.
-
I never thought that. We sold Ings and Vest and replaced with A Armstrong and Lyanco. Clearly weaker. Broja loan has worked out OK, plus Ely has done a lot better than expected. But we are clearly weaker than last season to me.
-
Must be looking at this and thinking there is nothing more he can do here. Maybe he'll quit.
-
Even worse when you look at the teams we've playing during that period of time too.
-
With Liverpool and Liecester the only games left for us, it looks like we're going to finish on 40. Worse than last year.
-
Right, onto the next game.. Worryingly that looks very well placed to be this seasons 9-0. Liverpool are lethal. Just depends if they want it or not I think. Might use it as a chance to rest up once it goes beyond doubt.
-
Again I sit here thinking thank God we got that freak result against Arsenal.
-
Thrashed again then.
-
Playing with his head down at the moment.

That aimless ball into the middle from one of our forward plays just the sums it up. Ericsson totally unmarked passed it forward to another player totally unmarked who runs to get the ball. No-one out there gives a damn.
-
Like several of our players, he seems to have declined under Ralph. Salisu, both Armstrongs, even Bednerak wasn't this bad before.
