Yes average mate however cut it any way you want - goals per minute, goals per game. He still has the best scoring record for Saints aka most prolific

Billy is our most prolific striker ever and the clubs stance could end up costing us BIG. Billy joined for 1.8m and earns 18k per week. For simplicity thats 3.3m in wages (3.5 year contract = 182 weeks) So in total thats 5.1m or 340k per goal Lets assume Nottingham Forest paid 50% last season - thats still 2.8m in wages and 4.6m total = 307k per Saints goal.
