£2 million to loan him for season and option to buy (1st refusal) for further £6m in 12 months. Great deal for Newcastle. They are also still chasing and hoping to secure Gomez #jealous

Love the way some talk about Lambert like he's an old man on his last legs!! He's 31 ffs and will be good for another 2-3 years if he looks after himself.

SFC have acted like a family on benefits with regards Sharp. Imagine Sharp as a perfectly good, working washing machine thats been unplugged and dragged into the garden just because the family want a new one. However the family have now been unable to decide on which new model to buy and for 6 months have needed to hand wash clothes or dress in unwashed clobber. Now the school holidays are over and the kids need their uniforms washed.......... Panic!!!

Nobody is disputing that Wanyama is a good player or that strengh in depth is important. The point that Buctootim is making is that SFC/ NC and or MoPo have behaved a bit like a family on benefits, living on the bread line. What the family desperately need is some food (striker) and some clothes for the kids (defenders) but the parents have bought a 48" TV when they already have a working 46" TV. #Priorities

Youll be fine mate, long way from the danger zones

The guy from The Sopranos?

Got mine to...... Wanyama on the back! Should upset a few locals at the next 5-a-side
