Skill? combination of 2 or 3 of above imo Problem is other teams in L1 will also be weak in 2 or 3 (maybe more) of above - we just need to exploit weaknesses much like teams do to us. On paper we are one of the best teams in L1 - its time to start producing to our best on the pitch.

i'd be amazed if anyone can still make excuses - however the ambition of some on here is criminal and no doubt some will regurgitate the "admin" and "pre-season" or "it takes time" bullcrap. One of my favourites after a defeat is "we looked better today - someone will get a real beating soon"

I think Colchester will expect a defeat today - Col's team is in poor form, lost manager, lost players & fans are angry at chairmans ambition..... like you say anything other than a win today must be seen as unacceptable.

Happy clappers call you negative because you dont make up lame excuses for poor performances and/or results. if we lose then you ask why, while the happy clappers are happy to lean on 'we were in admin'

didnt actually lose any time - Wotte took the 1st 2 weeks then AP took over and carried on. the 'we missed pre-season' excuse is bollix just as 'we were in admin 2 months ago'

i'd be pleased with a point. anyone that thinks we will win a game before xmas is a fool.....we missed 2 weeks of pre-season ffs.

'could be' - are some of you mental? he is far too good for L1 and if he did sign he would be an amazing addition......the chances of us signing a premiership quality player however are zero.

Burley will be sacked if/maybe.......wtf. Burley is our best manager since WGS and all those who said "anyone could do better" have egg on face since insisting he should be sacked. playoffs (lost out by tini margin) then left us in top 10 only a few points from playoffs again......our decline since he left is testiment to the job he was doing. would I have him back - no! move forward now not backwards. while he did a good job, it was only good in comparison to rubbish. hopefully AP can go one step further?

Signings on paper seem astute - I have been excited about signings before and been very disappointed so will reserve judgement until they prove there worth. The team needed a full overhaul and this is happening - lets hope there is no hic-up wth work permits and maybe a couple more cheeky loans......

Good signing (if it comes off) back four looks decent (if they all stay fit) shame we didnt add to our midfield and striking options but guess loans can cover that? Needed 4 seems like we have got 1.....could be worse.
