Always going for a mid table position. We will gain a good return of points from our next 6/7 games and push up the table. We are more than good enough to be easily a mid table team. More luck coming our way and some decent refs for a change:rolleyes:

Sunderland - 3 Fulham - 3 Stoke - 1 Arsenal - 1.......Sneaky feeling we might even win this one. Villa - 1 Good run into a solid mid table position. Feel some of the drawn games could have gone our way too. Mighty Saints on the move.. We will even beat Chelsea 2-0 in the FA cup. COYS WIFM

Very lucky to even get 35/40 % OF THEIR PLEDGES............ Miracle to happen if they were to get anywhere near 50%.. Has anyone seen Upson play in the last 2 years?..........Crepe:rolleyes: Dann is not the answer either.. Fonte , Yoshida and Jos is OK.... with two youngsters in Stephens and Turnbull coming through.. I would rather have a top class utility player who can play Defensive mid_field/CENTRE BACK. Not sure who the answer is yet...but sure NA has got the task in hand.

Rikeeee had two on him on every challenge...both pushing and shoving and not apparently challenging to head the ball. The ref was caught out by the glaring sunshine everytime. He was very good today..... NO NOT THE REF... Because he stays upright/solid in his upward flight he does not get the numerous free kicks he should be given. ...unlike Roberts who crumpled after barging back into our defenders and miraclously even won some free kicks after clearly dishing out at least three infringements before leaving the ground. A member of Reading coaching staff was heard to say Lambert was a handful and a far better player than given credit for his play... The Centre backs were heard to say Lambert was too good for us today.... A scout was heard to say...A yard faster and he would be dead cert for England........ 3rd Itchen Scout trooop:D

i WATCHED HIM CLOSELY TODAY...... When dribbling with the ball..it appears to be stuck to his boot:rolleyes: Is he putting super glue on his toe caps? A VERY GOOD FOOTBALLER.....at times pure class:D Forgotten to mention.......He is better than some of the dross in the England squad;)

Team now... THE team AND uNCLE nigel:D Cork , Ramirez , Shaw , and all the others. BIG mention for Puncheon.......Like a new signing. Yoshida and Fonte building a solid partnership. The cut of the grass.... So maybe THE GROUNDSMAN gerts my vote.

Words fail me...but I will try with some.. This lad is unbelievable ..brilliant , class , very good, excellent........magical talent and he is our Left Back.... Reminds me of ME when I was playing under 6 footer to a very high level........ downhill thereafter due to the scrumpy:rolleyes:

jrod will only get better and at times today his class shone through.. Some not giving him the benefit of the doubt re match fitness and that is why he tired into the second half and a good sub by NA....After a tremendous shift.. What I saw of this young striker today leads me to think he is value for money for a young English striker..... MORE GAMES TO COME and some of the Hockey and Netball players on this forum...... will see his value to the side.

I watched the game today and Lambert was brilliant....Tremendous game...Suggest some watch more closely what he brought to a lot of the link play, hold up play and his touch for a large chap.. Clyne and Shaw Excellent. JRod is going to be a major asset to this team. Cork and Morgan ..marvellous. Fonte and Yoshida outstanding. Ramirez is class and when with a few more games under his belt...unstoppable. tHANK YOU kELVEN FOR A SOLID DISPLAY.. BUT ..Puncheon.......magical at times with the ball..a real handful..such good link up play with Clyne , Lambert and Cork.. Puncheon you boooooty. well done lad AND Well done Uncle Nigel....
