Tbf THB was having a mare and clearly had a knock.

Yellow kit is nice.

We play 100% man for man, lose just one duel and it’s carnage as people go wandering to cover. This style needs speed and fitness, we lack a lot of that in this lineup.

The space in the middle is always there because our 2 holding mids have no pace, FBs go higher and then depending on which side we attack we end up with one of the three CBs going high too. Man for man marking then has one CB rush to the ball when it hits his man, leaving just the 1 CB in position. It becomes a very risky high line.

Looked quite quick to close down and get a foot in early on but has vanished as the half has gone on

THB injured?

Enciso is a quality player

Such a poor goal to concede, our defensive positioning was horrendous.

THB kicking it into the stands twice so far too, he’s looking nervy

Onuachu looking like every touch is heavy so far.

Welington has started well

Some press are suggesting we would only consider if there is an obligation, which means he’s not in Juric’s plans? If we can get our money back then ok, but where are the goals coming from in our promotion push? I’d keep him.

Just doesn’t look right does it? Charles and Stu look to be enjoying seeing each other again.

Giving me Tommy Forecast vibes when he was included to reduce the Bale fee. Anyone know if Tyrese Hall is a promising talent or a non league player in disguise?

You acknowledge the team will need to almost fully change upon promotion, so why do that now as well? Might as well worry about it when/if we get there because we will struggle to attract PL quality players in the championship.

Another player that’s more than fine for the championship but not the PL. He wants to be here and cares about the club, I have no objection to him being here next season.

It was an open question about transfer activity in general but Juric does say “no, no” at the start of almost every answer, think it’s his version of “erm”. So him saying everything is quiet could be him just shutting the question down. I can’t imagine we let Cornet, BBD and Archer all go in the same window and not bring someone in? We still have the PL loan slot to use too. Unless we see it as sulemana, Dibling, Onuachu and Arma for those front 2 positions. Fernandes and Gronbaek for the role behind? Looking forward to this season ending.
