  1. Squad is quite thin on the ground really. If Hoedt is out of the squad then we really have to play our only available 3 at the back I'd rest Ings & Lemina for sure. Maybe give Sims a run instead of Redmond if he's back. Could play Long AMR & put Austin up top. Maybe Slattery in for JWP or Romeu to save their legs. ---------------------Gunn------------------- ---Bednarek---Vestergaard---Stephens--- Cedric-------------------------------Targett -------------JWP-------Romeu-------------- Redmond-----------------------Elyounoussi -------------------Long----------------------

  3. Wouldn't have thought so. He's playing a few more games now for Everton, isn't he? Can't imagine Everton need the cash, either. Just the sort of player we should be looking at, though.
  4. Would surprise me if Davo isn't a Rangers player by then.
  5. I asked the question last night how he did because I saw Matt Murray on Sky saying he looked really good. It's been interesting how many differing opinions there's been on here.
  6. Davis update from Ralph:
  7. Ralph in the Derby Presser, Re: Signings: "We need more speed, running quality."
  8. I'd seen Big Vic mentioned...
  9. I'm hoping Obafemi is Shane Long, but with technique & goals.
  10. Could well see Ramsay / Slattery involved in the squad, I reckon. Will be interesting to see if any others are training with the 1st team this week.
  11. Left forward, Bexy. Cutting in from the flank. Wolves were said to have nearly had the deal done so not sure why it's not done. Wouldn't have thought we'd have the cash spare. LCFC still have Mahrez cash to spend as well.
  12. I would assume he's there for the season. Hughes bombed him out so wouldn't have thought he would've wanted the option to recall.
  13. This is still an interesting topic of debate, especially with the window open. Aside from Carrillo, we have 6 strikers of differing shapes, attributes sizes & fitness. - Ings - Austin - Long - Gabbiadini - Gallagher - Obafemi Gabbi is likely off. So do we think Ralph will want another?

  15. I forgot that Yoshida won't be playing as he's at the Asia cup.

  17. Also, incredible progress from getting subbed at Cardiff at half time in virtually no time at all. Would have thought tonight will do his confidence the world of good.
  18. I'd say rest Lemina again. Hopefully we will have Obafemi back AFTER this game too.
  19. Ralph on Solent about doing transfer business: "Absolutely, we need more players" Source:
  20. Does this game count as one of Hojbjerg's 4-game ban?
  21. Tough game. Interesting to see what team we go with.
  22. I'm thinking he might blend them in with the ones I mentioned. Hesketh likely still injured.
  23. Weirdly it could mean playing more senior players like Long / Austin / Hoedt / Cedric?
  24. Ralph on SSN: "I think we made the right decision to change so many players on Sunday against Man City"
