From the BBC Leicester City had not scored in 638 Premier League minutes before tonight and now we have three goals in an hour good old Liverpool
-
Liverpool two down now well at least the pool fans at work won't give me any **** about the cup final when I go back to work tomorrow
-
I see the Leicester players have upped their game now they've got rid of Claudio
-
I believe he mentions it in the OP What if we stop the back slapping, better team, great performance for a few right royal bollockings?
-
Have you ever noticed that, generally speaking, those teams with a winning mentality are those that spend the most money...
-
Not Savage though (of all people) That is a really bad tackle. Studs showing. He has nicked the ball but his studs scrape Mane's shin. Terrible tackle from Jamie Vardy.*
-
well not quite the same because Mane is able to carry on and give it back according to the beeb Another nasty looking challenge as Sadio Mane this time dishes it out, stretching and catching Wilfred Ndidi on the calf. Again there's no decision.* would I be a complete **** for not minding if Vardy put Mane out for the rest of the season

So who came up with the whole idea and let everyone know it was happening because it seems like no one actually knew anything about it.
-
Count me in as another one who had know idea what it was all about..
-
oh you want me to pop over to Winchester knock on Steven Davis's door and tear him off a strip? Do you think those players who made mistakes aren't aware? Do you think they won't be pointed in the post match debrief? Basically I saw a bunch of saints players give their all and fight until the end I can't help but be proud ...sorry. I'm not sure pointing out their limitations and obvious mistakes is going to take us to the next level buying better players will do that.

he probably told them to give Zlatan a big hand shake and say thank you..
-
I wasn't proud of the Linesman does that help?

Which is no problem. The problem is everyone thinking that people should agree with their way of watching footie. Its never a problem at SMS because birds of a feather flock together. Yesterday we were all spread out and mixed up. Seems to me in those areas there were problems everyone needed to just be a bit more considerate and respectful and go with the flow but clearly in a crowd of 32,000 there are always going to be a few who couldn't.

Happens to pretty much every team of our size that has Europe to contend with throw in a cup run as well it would be pretty spectacular to be in and around 7th in the league as well this season.

LOL behave if you think sitting there quietly is all that counts you're no different there is more than one way to skin a cat. Which is why I stand in the Itchen North, sing and watch the game and you no doubt sit in the middle of the Kingsland telling everyone the ref is doing a stella job and we both enjoy our day at the footie. The problem yesterday is we all got mixed up. I lived with it and respected what those around me wanted to do (sit, stand, sing, not sing) sounds like you didn't...

Maybe its his wallet weighing him down 90K a week and the teams highest earning player..
-
kind of depends on who we got in surely? Would Sakho have made the difference yesterday? or the that German bloke we were in for? TBH we really don't know. Annoying as the whole CB thing was what I do know is we out played united yesterday, had a perfectly good first goal wrongly ruled offside, that had it stood would have changed the whole game. There are probably dozens of other things you could point to as having an effect on yesterdays outcome as well.
-
If you want everyone at football to sit quietly and not support their team so you can watch the game uninterrupted in peace you might as well stay at home and watch it on the telly while sending the misses and kids to the cinema.
-
Would that be the same Fonte who did so well against Zlatan at Old Trafford earlier in the season...
-
I took the day off work because I knew either way I wouldn't be good for anything today.
-
that is strange. Even at 2-0 down I still felt we were in it. Man U were bang average (I mean Pogba didn't look any better than Tadic yesterday) it was a great comeback to get it back to 2-2 and a great game to be involved in even if the final result was pretty ****.

I think Puel has hit on the right formation with the players he has now and having a goal scorer makes such a big difference to the whole feel of games. Just got to push for as high a finish as possible in the league know. Finish in the top 10 after a cup final and coping with the rigours of Europe is a decent season in my book.
