A HAMPSHIRE mum has said she rewards her 13-year-old daughter’s good behaviour with cigarettes. Mum Tracy Holt, 43, reportedly said she didn’t see the point of punishing tearaway teenager Sam because by grounding her she would just have to put up with her in the house. Tracy also said she knew her daughter drank up to two cans of lager a night and insisted she wasn’t angry when she found out that Sam lost her virginity when she was 12. Instead she took her to the family doctor to put her on the contraceptive pill. Talking about the moment she found out her daughter was having underage sex Tracy reportedly said she was “disappointed” but was glad Sam had told her. The jobless mum of three said she was aware that her daughter who has been excluded from school more than 40 times because of her behaviour, drank and had smoked cannabis. Tracy who lives in Gosport, reportedly said that she felt lucky her daughter wasn’t a proper drunk.
