Just as a matter of topic. I run Hamble FC on Sundays and I am looking for a number of decent players for next season. Training is due to start in the next few weeks and am hoping to generate some fresh blood to my ageing team. The standard is very good to be fair and is the S&DFL. We have come runners up the last two years and I am cheesed off with that, hoping to improve and actually win this bloody league. We have our own pitch, so dog poo is not a problem for home games. We play at Shell Mex in Hamble. Subs are only £5/6 a week. If you have issues with getting to games due to transport issues we will also be able to help. If anyone is interested please message me and let me know your poisition etc. I am open to improving, so all positions are available. I play the best team on the day and if you are good enough you will play regardless of the position and the amount of time the old player has been there.

That ****ing woman at the back of the northam that stands on the seat the whole game, bangs the ****ing stadium surround and screams get into them. I will ****ing kill her.
-
The result will also be a draw, win or loss. Wish I was that clever to work that out :-)

Class. half our side cannot speak English, now we have a manager that cannot either. Sounds like Chelsea. onwards and upwards. We support the players and results count. We all know how fickle we are as fans. Sad for Nigel but sometimes a change is needed. We won't be able to get this reversed so best to back the team.

Irony is dead :-(

It's Swedish for football :-)

Don't tell me to calm down. You have no idea about the game. Couch potato that feels you have a right to criticise when you probably struggle to kick a ball.

What a ****ing joke you are. You know ****all about fottball. Knob.

Have you seen it yet? It was not his best but granted he is quality from the spot. Was really out of sorts today. Seriously dawn French can jump higher than our Ricky. Second pint time :-) -

Ok. Summary. Waited too long to sit Ramirez in his natural position. I did say we needed to recover the points lost against fulham but will take the point. Looking from the outside in we now need to gamble on Rodrigues. Love Ricky to bits but he is too flat footed, slow and seems to be in a world of his own lately. Maybe a spell on the bench may refocus him. Good day out so far. Hard work getting here but massive credit to the droves that made the journey. Brilliant vocal support second half. Pint time :-) -
This. Facts are we need to be at 21 points by half way. We need the 6 points from two games. Our next two months is tough. Ok so called easier run in but wasn't Sunderland one of those so called easier games before the turn round. I personally am worried.

Now someone that is in the real world.

What is ridiculous about it. We have a run in over the next two months that mirrors our start. We were poor then. We are still poor. Let's see if we recover the points against fulham then I will personally reassess my opinion. Yes my opinion. Speak after the fulham game.
-
I don't post too often but that was pitiful. We needed those points today. Played a very poor side. What does that make us? I don't get predictions wrong over a season. If we do not recover the three points against fulham we will be relegated. Fact.

big up for the fans........Quality.

I agree....when he comes on Jos gets nervous and always looks to cover him and then causes issues through the middle...

KING HENRY V: Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once more; Or close the wall up with our English dead. In peace there's nothing so becomes a man As modest stillness and humility: But when the blast of war blows in our ears, Then imitate the action of the tiger; Stiffen the sinews, summon up the blood, Disguise fair nature with hard-favour'd rage; Then lend the eye a terrible aspect; Let pry through the portage of the head Like the brass cannon; let the brow o'erwhelm it As fearfully as doth a galled rock O'erhang and jutty his confounded base, Swill'd with the wild and wasteful ocean. Now set the teeth and stretch the nostril wide, Hold hard the breath and bend up every spirit To his full height. On, on, you noblest English. Whose blood is fet from fathers of war-proof! Fathers that, like so many Alexanders, Have in these parts from morn till even fought And sheathed their swords for lack of argument: Dishonour not your mothers; now attest That those whom you call'd fathers did beget you. Be copy now to men of grosser blood, And teach them how to war. And you, good yeoman, Whose limbs were made in England, show us here The mettle of your pasture; let us swear That you are worth your breeding; which I doubt not; For there is none of you so mean and base, That hath not noble lustre in your eyes. I see you stand like greyhounds in the slips, Straining upon the start. The game's afoot: Follow your spirit, and upon this charge Cry 'God for Harry, England, and Saint George!'

Middle of upper tier. Went ****ing mental as with everyone else around me. Then turned to my mate at full time, opened my hand and took the fiver bet I won off him. Told him at half time we are lucky at the moment and will win. He did not have my faith. I then gave the fiver to the girl behind us and said stick that in the first charity box you see. The look on his face was priceless. Tight git Great day out.
