Just because Pinnacle would not accept the FL constraints does not mean "others" will not It would however be a Very Poor deal for SFC We'd be in existance, but what a cost

It is pretty certain that WHOEVER Buys us will HAVE to accept :- The FL's -10, plus -15 ... plus anything else the FL chuck at us Jackson WILL accept such constraints .... but I cannot see anyone else accepting them In effect, we would already be in Div 2

Yes, I was all for Administration .......... but even I did not think that Barclays?Lowe would be STUPID enough to wait until ONE week after the Leagues cut off date before doing so .... that in itself STINKS, it guarenteed -10 Pinnacle ??? ..... Yes, I agree, there would be some (including myself) who would be clamouring for info However, if there is no REAL info to give .... why bother to just say "we are still talking etc " ...... You do not get a verdict in a Trial, until the Jury has come to a verdict ...... ONLY THEN does it get uttered to the rest of the world

Nothing of real substance I agree ... jusr the bare bones, but I still think that "running from the room" every now and then, to try and allay our "fears", is NOT a professional Company's way of going through what is a very long and complicated procedure for a Company to aquire ownership Maybe nice to hear, but from a Professional point of view just doesn'r sit right IMHO

Throughout all this time, one basic thought keeps coming back at me..... IF Pinnacle ARE so professional, and IF they are so serious in taking us over .... IMHO, they would NOT want a "mouthpiece", ie Tony Lynam, coming on here to give us "day by day" summaries ..... no matter what Business is business, and until it is concluded, Pinnacle, IF serious, would want EVERYTHING kept firmly to their chest

Makes sense ... If you read something and don't like it, but still sign, then that's your fault .... you are deemd to be complicit ....... I don't know the Legal position if you sign something "under duress" ..... mind you, the League would not let anyone do that, as it immediately highlights what could be, and most likely is, a "Flaw" in their "System"

It could well be that Pinnacle are trying to get the FL to put it in writing that once they Take SFC over, the FL won't then say " Oh by the way, it's ANOTHER 15 points on top " ..........

Because, now that Pinnacle have had it categorically said to them that the FL will NOT allow any appeal re the -10 points ...... ... they are "considering their position" ......... As opposed to Mr Lynam categorically stating yesterday, that, "we are going to buy this Club"

And neither will you once he is back ........
