A) Of course everybody on here WANTS a successful purchase of SFC, but, IMHO, Pinnacle have NOT portrayed themselves to be very Professional. I cannot for the life of me imagine a really SERIOUS bidder having, or allowing, a "spokesman" issue daily summary's to the masses. That is simply NOT how Big Business is conducted B) Based on the TV "performance of the century), you would NOT get many punters to put a bet on the fact that Fialka had much more than a Lloyds Current Account. Putting him in the spotlight causes more doubt on Pinnacles credibility IMHO C) The Swiss are, IMHO, NOT genuine contenders, as they have been touring around seeing what is on offer. I doubt that an appeal would be successful, so WHAT is the FL's problem ??? Why is that..... Pinnacle have not signed anything, and have not bought the Club ..... Any further Bidder can bid what he likes ...... it is then up to FRY as to whether it is acceptable .......

It must be obvious to Pinnacle that "other" bidders are quite prepared to agree to the FL's terms, ie -10 points, and that the FL are aware of that. The legs have been shot away from Pinnacle because of that, but that is the state of play Under those circumstances, why cannot they agree ???? THEY WOULD NOT HAVE WON AN APPEAL ANYWAY, cannot they see that ??????? Tony Lynam keeps updating us, but, surely he must know the feelings of a lot of us on here ... ie SIGN what the FL want, because they are NOT going to back down ........
