IMHO he isn't The Prem IS different class, and the differences are obvious. OK Davis WAS good in Div 1 and the CCC, BUT, I had a view right behind Wigans first goal, and I am convinced that Al Habsi, de Gea, Vorm, and Czech would certainly have reacted much much better. It was obvious a shot was coming, and all Davis did was stay rooted flat footed on the spot. Harsh ?? Yes of course, but in the Prem, no time for sentiment Davis failed in the Prem last time, and he will fail again this season. His reactions have slowed.
