Yea, having a good game against Palace doesn't mean he can cut it in the prem. I could refer to plenty of games where he was very very poor. He's a good runner but ultimately his touch and passing ability are relatively poor and he is generally very erratic. I expect he is very much on the fringe of the final 25 and a couple of quality signings will deal his fate at Saints.

Our CM positions are strong and we're actively looking to strengthen in the wide positions. Once we do sign players in these positions, don't be surprised to see Chaplow moved on or left out of the 25.

I gaurantee that nearly everyone of our signings over the last few years have been mentioned on football rumours at some stage before it actually happened.
