It seems we have a very soft core. To progress in this league we need a big ugly bugger at CB (Darren Moore-esque) a decent ball winning/breakere-upper midfielder and a big monster of a forward such as Steve Howard or Darius Henderson. And you have to lump it. We have/do non of those things.
