  1. He basically says he has his eyes set on southampton
  2. If that's true, Buttner is actually quoted in there saying that he has his eyes set on 'Southampton.'
  3. I did think the same, but it was probably a toss up between Jay Rodriguez and Lallana for the ''for the future'' poster, and I guess the club are keen to show our record signing off..! He's going to be a special player by the way.
  4. .
  5. I agree, I think it looks quite smart if I'm honest.
  6. I think it's safe to say that the people who think they are 'monstrosities'' are very much in the minority.
  7. Absolutely, we have some horrific fans on here.
  8. Legend
  9. what the hell are you on about? Where have I said that at all? I've said it's about moving forward with the times, I've not said that a kit will keep us up or send us down. Its not that important. Stop twisting peoples posts, because you are pulling every single thread down to your level. You used to be a decent poster but you are incredibly tedious and you post quite a lot of guff, let's be honest.
  10. Hysterical nonsense to be honest. We are still wearing red and white, just not as predominantly as before. Why bring Lowe into it? What's the relevance to that?
  11. probably 1 or 2 people on the street against it, because in the context this is all the forum really represents going by the queues at West Quay today. So much for it being a poor seller. Good old forum posters.
  12. Would people rather be in L1, or even L2, with red and white stripes and potentially no future, or would you prefer to be in the PL with a predominately red kit and a forward thinking chairman. No brainier. I'm sure that post will be ripped apart, because good god, you cannot be positive. It's all awful at Southampton, it's run by clowns who are destroying our history apparently. I said the same about us for years before NC and co came in, we as fans lived in the past. Craving the likes of Beattie coming back, Killer returning from a career ending injury, fans back on the board, old traditional kits every year. Now we're looking into the future with a plan, it's time to stop looking at the past. No reason to forget it at all, but you cannot live in your past - it's time to create a new history.
  13. I never use any ''speed up your PC'' software, in most cases it just adds more crap to it. I'd just check your startup items, remove any unwanted programs that you installed ages and you've forgot about, run a full spy-ware scan etc.
  14. Never rated the guy, I think he's bog standard average on the back of a long-term serious injury. Would be prepared to see how he does on a loan though.
  15. We have some right miserable buggers as fans, I think they look great.
  16. Well, at least you're moaning about this and not our lack of signings I guess.
  17. lol ffs, of course you can.

  19. We can do better than him, he wouldn't have really been an upgrade to anyone we already have. And it looks to me that we're quite clearly only going for better than what we have.
  20. Sometimes clubs allow the player to talk to the club whilst 'negotiations' are on going, I've heard of that before.
  21. Would imagine so. Looks like the Club weren't too sure about Harding next season either. I think he's been a great servant for us to be honest, our first signing under the new management and a steady player IMO, never did much wrong and was always a 7/10 player. Will always remember him fondly if he does go.
  22. Ok, that's added some real concrete to it.
  23. Thanks for sharing, If true that's potentially an upgrade to fox straight away. We're not resting on our laurels. Next up, an upgrade to Lallana?
