I get fed up recommending the best possible song/tune for Morgan and fail to understand why people don't appreciate how brilliant it is, given his French background:- (To the tune of La Marseillaise / Ooh Ahh Cantona) Morgaaaan Morgaaaan Morgan Schnei-der-lin Morgaaaan Schneiderlin http://youtu.be/ZHYN7nEzRFk -

JohnnyFartPants anyone?!! Anyone Remember Essruu & Friends Road Trip To Dagenham?
Essruu replied to TijuanaTim's topic in The Saints
Thanks to webarchive, I found some old SaintsFun pages today, including the pic TijuanaTim spoke of above. Under The Spotlight still makes me chuckle (Manji, St.Keith & St Steve, for anyone who remembers them!) :- http://web.archive.org/web/20060617153703/http://saintsfun.co.uk/spot.htm The one feature that cracks me up is St.Steve's Holiday Snaps. C'mon Steve... I know you're still around... reveal yourself ;-) http://web.archive.org/web/20060617153903/http://saintsfun.co.uk/ststevesnaps.htm If you search around the site, you may even find when stevegrant won our prestigious award :-) This era, folks, is when SaintsForever was decent. Post-Network54 and pre-SaintsForum/SaintsWeb. -
That depends; have you watched all 5 seasons of Parks And Recreation? If 'Yes': Yes. If 'No': No.

Don't rise to it, Turkish; he's just a judgemental and small-minded bigot.
-
I said they were my beliefs, not facts; however, without proper research you can't properly disprove my beliefs - research that will, sadly never happen because of where we find ourselves in this liberal and overly tolerant world today. It seems that, unlike you, I don't go looking for homosexuality everywhere.
-
I didn't say it was definitively mental illness; so, I don't know why you picked out that particular possible theory to be my explicit belief. It could be like a mental illness or a brain chemical imbalance; but, it could just as easily be a genetic defect. Everyone has gotten so liberal, overly tolerant and accepting of the gays as being 'normal' these days, that there is unlikely to ever be proper research into the cause or, indeed, a cure. We have different beliefs. Accept it. Everyone has gotten so tolerant with the gays and their different sexual activities; yet, are so quick to not accept my different view and beliefs - how very intolerant and hypocritical of you liberal nancies.
-
I'm not homophobic; I have nothing against the gays. I just believe they have a disorder of some sort - whether that is genetic or of the brain is questionable and, sadly, proper funding into research to establish the reasons for it or potential cures will never be given or raised now that society has become so tolerant of them and deemed them 'normal'. I'm not saying they are evil, should be beaten, or exterminated FFS.
-
You say they are born 'that way'; many of them say they knew from an early age that they were 'different' and the few that I know of wish they weren't homosexuals at all and it has caused them a life of misery. Why, then, do they go on Gay Pride marches if they wish they weren't homosexuals? It doesn't sound like they are very proud of their affliction at all. I think that the reason they are born with homosexual tendencies is due to either a faulty genetic code or a mental disorder/chemical imbalance in their brains. You can tell by the way some of them act, speak and flounce that they are not right. Ok, once they've been born there's not a lot you can do about them; you just have to let them get on with it with each other; this doesn't mean that their lifestyle should be promoted as 'natural' or 'normal' to children though. This is why I said the Russian law (not the beatings) was perfectly reasonable. If enough money was made available for proper genetic/brain research into the causes of homosexuality, a cure could probably be found.
-
I have no problem at all with this Russian law. I don't care what anyone says; discussing homosexuality with, or actively promoting it to children as perfectly normal and acceptable is wrong on so many levels. I'm not advocating the gay-bashing that may or may not be going on there, but the law itself should be applauded.

If they were a bit more transparent with the 'facts' and percentage figures they recently hyped up, maybe we'd know if this magical 34% figure was including or not including the season's parachute payment allocation (all of which is needed to pay creditors/ the Council/ Robinson/etc., of course). If it isn't including the pp, then fair play to them for controlling costs; if it DOES include the pp, then surely they are f***ed?!

I got 66/1, thanks to Hatch's Bet365 tip off. Shame I wasn't brave enough to wager £50 instead of £5 though!
-
I only ever play Seasons on FIFA 13 (apart from an occasional few games in online friendlies against friends) I pretty much always as Saints, although every so often I'll play a season as Real Madrid - either for some extra skill moves, or if I hit a lean spell as Saints. No Wanyama yet - he continues to be a pain in the butt against me as Saints are regularly paired against Celtic. I'm currently in Division 2. I have spent two separate seasons in Div one, but never survived a season there! I tend to fluctuate between Divs 2-4. I'm on Xbox, username Essruu, if anyone wants to add for some online friendlies!
-
So you've now got a different shirt, in a different shade of red, with a different badge. Genius.
-
I can only find 50/1. Where did you get 66?
-
I'm currently patiently waiting outside Stamford Bridge. That's all I will say.
-
Agree with this. Skiathos is beautiful and has some of the best beaches you'll find - there are 67 to choose from, but Lalaria, Koukounaries and Achladies Beaches are probably the best. Although I'd recommend a quad bike over a jeep every time.

Is it just me or does Mayuka seem like quite a character?

He was really very, very quiet when he first arrived. It took him a while to settle and become 'one of the lads', but it is safe to say he is enjoying his life now! -
It's Happening: £50 a ticket.
