If we go up, couldn't we buy Pompey and use them as a nursery club. We could get them playing in red and white stripes and put a statue of Le Tissier outside the ground.
Started the gym at the turn of the year. Just doing cardio, had to stop running because my calf muscle kept going. Eating sensibly as well.
Unfortunately, I haven't been to the gym for a week and I'm slipping back into my old eating habits.
I am still a greedy lazy bastard. The only regular exercise is a game of golf or two every week.
I could get away with the eating when I played football (I was very good), but been on the slippery slope for a while now. I reckon I'm a good 3 stone from my fighting weight.
Do you think he's looking for a way out now?
By p!ssing off the FA and getting sacked, on a 'matter of principle' he would be in line to take a lucrative contract in Serie A.
Not sure if I think it myself, just putting it out there.
Innocent until proven guily? I watched that match on Sky, and it was obvious to a blind man what he said. Just because some expensive fancy lawyers might get him off, it doesn't change the fact that he clearly said something very racist.
Unfair to slag anyone off today. The conditions were unplayable, and the game should never have started.
Good point away from home. We are better than them.
The unions are now realising the monumental cock-up they made when backing Ed. Whatever you think of his performances in the Commons (they'd have to improve from rotten wouldn't they), the fact is he is not up to the job.
Cameron is useless in PMQs. He gets flustered too easily and is low on content.
