  1. Question for the Judean Peoples Front So apart from saving us from administration by persuading a billionaire to buy our club, backing his managers financially, keeping Adam Lallana even while we were in the 3rd division, giving Nigel Adkins the manager's job when most supporters were saying Nigel Who?, being a key figure in full houses again, being Chairman through 1 promotion and top of the league at the moment in this campaign, the club record home winning streak, what has Nicola Cortese ever done for this football club?

I think the bailout plans will keep a tighter rein on idiot economies within the Euro.
  3. They should make a start by keeping offenders in prison for the whole of their sentences. This latest idea doesn't sound like it's been thought through very well. Something we should be used to by now with the dithering coalition.
  4. Unbelievable that Mike and the rest of the Peoples Front of Judea are still finding things to moan about. I heard his call and he didn't come across at all well. I couldn't give a toss about Cortese having a fans forum. He has one every other Saturday afternoon, St Marys at 3pm. Fans f*cking forum, so the Judean Peoples Front can moan about the meat pies, f*ck off.
  5. At long last. Two of the most overrated players ever to wear the shirt.
  6. I wouldn't be too sure about that now. Momentum certainly seems to be building up against him.
  7. Wouldn't becoming a trading partner in Europe, as Switzerland are, satisfy all of them?
  8. THe police are involved now. They only need to get a lip-reading expert in to know what was actually said. I hope he gets what he deserves.
  9. I know, but I find it hard to be objective about a player I absolutely detest. Even Cashley is more likeable than him.
  10. There is clear evidence against him, so why have no charges been brought against him?
  11. The FA are weak and won't go after their captain. We can live in hope though.

The bird on the blow-up mattress has got a decent pair.
  13. Got caught on camera blatantly calling Anton Ferdinand a black c***. Is now trying to wriggle out of it. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/15424799.stm He is a disgrace, should never be England captain, and isn't even good enough for the team. A very unpleasant man.
  14. There is no way that Terry is good enough, I think yours is a great idea.
  15. I have in the past been a fierce critic of Hammond. But he has well and truly proved me wrong this season. He's been excellent.
  16. Why do the yanks have to always be in a war with someone? They ploughed into Iraq and left the country in arguably a worse state than it was in before, they'll pull out of Afghanistan without winning either. They must have wasted trillions of dollars on pointless wars they haven't one. Money that no doubt, could rescue their domestic economic woes. They've been doing in for years. Look at Vietnam, a completely pointless war. What annoys me even more is the Government will probably find billions of pounds all of a sudden to send our own troops in. Shame this money couldn't be used to offset cuts, improve public services and kickstart private enterprise instead of being flushed down the loo.
  17. It sounds like Fox and his friend have had their snouts in the trough more or less as soon as he became a Government Minister. By the way, I couldn't care less where he puts his winky.
  18. Who gives a toss about manager of the month? Look at the league table, that tells you everything you need to know.
  19. Spot on. A load of overpaid, underworked selfish arseholes. That's the board and manager out of the way, the players are no better either.
  20. Yes, he needs a test to prove he's the best. He needs to show he can work with no dough.
  21. That is pretty damning if true. He wasn't helped by certain players in that game either. Particularly John 'I would walk through walls for my country' Terry, who sat the game out apparently injured, was caught laughing on the bench when we were losing, and miraculously recovered 3 days later to turn out for Chelsea. The apparent general lack of interest in playing for your country coupled with a corrupt FIFA tells me that international football has had its day. Players are more interested in money, managers more interested in money, and FIFA officials more interested in bungs.
  22. I'm no expert, but might I suggest your flux capacitor isn't getting the 1.21 gigawatts that it needs.
  23. He said that increased spending and tax-cuts are two sides of the same coin. No different than his corporate bond scheme then, but far more likely to work. Cut VAT and immediately give all small businesses that are VAT registered a boost.
  24. dune, I wouldn't vote Tory in a million years, but I would love it if they could sort our country out. Unfortunately, they are so obsessed with their ideology they have no chance. Osbourne's corporate bond scheme is an absolute joke. No chance of kickstarting growth.
  25. He is without doubt a very overrated manager. Thanks Steve, for subbing Miller against us and handing the game to us on a plate. Absolutely useless.
