  3. and the ref blew too early in 1976 without allowing another seven minutes injury time for them to at least equalise.
  4. Agree. It used to **** me off when the "reds" bit started clate 70's/early 80's but I always assumed it was because that is what some sap had heard on the television from Anfield or OT.

  12. Any songs or ways we can wind Charlton up if we are winning considering they detest Pardew so much? Nice to rub it in if Pardew beats them as I am sure they will if they beat us. Thoughts?

  17. Brian Laws only has two to his name, possibly Sheff Weds and Burnley.
  18. I would also like to see Millwall out of our division. Agree about the big clubs in L1 next season.I don't think Sheff Weds will come down though. How much of an issue Palace are depends if they sort their finances out.Certainly P/boro with Gary Johnson in charge will be well organised. We could also find ourselves facing a number of "local" matches where we are viewed as a big local scalp next season.Added this this years 'local' fixtures (Exeter,Yeovil,Gills[?],Brighton,Swindon,Bristol Rovers) we might also have Plymouth coming down, and the possibility of Bournemouth and even Aldershot coming up.
  19. Gillingham may also be playing for survival as well. Although their fate may have been decided by then of course.

  22. HUDDERSFIELD: Oldham 3, Brentford 1, Walsall 3, Millwall 1, Stockport 3, Colchester 3, Exeter 1. Total Points: 80 COLCHESTER: Swindon 1, Charlton 0, Hartlepool 3, Tranmere 3, Huddersfield 0, L Orient 3. Total Points: 75 SAINTS: Charlton 3, Bristol Rovers 1, Yeovil 1, Oldham 3, Carlisle 3, Gillingham 3, Southend 3. Total Points: 74 It will be our tendency to drop points against the teams where we should pick up the points away from home that will be our undoing,as it has since christmas.
