I'm sure we will live with it. No doubt Torquay will be delighted to sign Jake Thompson now that Mustapha Fag has p!ssed off and will be better off without him as well.

Thinking about it again,a vague recollection of one during an evening kick off match v Arsenal in a League Cup tie, August 1969. I'll dig my diary for 1969 out of the roofspace to see if it sheds any light on the episode. -

Thinking about it I'm not sure I ever had a dump at The Dell either. Shameful that the club invest in such facilities and I've not utilised them. -

No. Will try to change that record next season. -
This is a player mentioned on here in the last two or three seasons. When he went to Wolves I was a bit disappointed that we may have missed out on a good prospect although I'm now not so sure that he would improve on our current squad.Left back and LM are not our weakest areas (especially if the Dickson rumours prove true).

Looking at a Stevenage site it says he has agreed a move to an unnamed L1 club.Let the speculation begin.

Going back a while B Rabbit posted the following, which are as good as anything else I've seen: Obviously the collar may be adapted to the current umbro style. As for the away kit,the yellow, blue sash is okay but like most of the yellow/blue variations over the last however many years a bit tired despite the sash.Amber or yellow and black please.

Hasn't he been linked with us just about every summer since 2003 ?

Guarenteed punch up then. Pleased for them, but a shame Aldershot didn't make it.

Have also replied to your view on the Eurocircumcision thread.

For all the sh!t various countries put forward in yhis contest I think we should beam live Graham Norton into their screens in retaliation for the block voting crap. The prospect of that pouting queer will soon bring them to modify things and seek surrender.

Kevin Richardson and Paul Moody worth a mention.

Noted the headline : "Germany enjoy warm-up romp". If you saw the same headline about England you would expect it to involve something more sordid.

You raised the matter of "willful neglect",I doubt that it was. In terms of neglect,I don't think your own circumstances are comparable. This woman took her child out into an area and conditions that were a danger to it without contemplating the seriousness of the dangers it was exposed to, or taking reasonably sensible measures to protect the child. Your own issue was at home where you might have reasonably expected there to be no immediate danger of harm or injury occuring whilst you were (presumably) temporarily away from the room.

Brazillians all the way...

Willful neglect should not come in to it.It was neglect of her child, end of matter. Needs help? She has probably had untold help available to her that our parents and grandparents generation could not have wished for.

Children are however a 'cash crop' for many of the great unwashed.Houses are provided and benefits substantially increased. Against this what purpose is there in restraint,or actually working for a living?

In a very solemn and eerie way,one other heart chilling moment was the minutes silence at The Dell for the victims of the Bradford fire. I think it was the Tuesday afterwards, the ref stopped the game on 11minutes as that was when the fire broke out,and it was observed impeccably by all supporters without any daft bastards idea of "humour" breaking out. Can't recall who we were playing, recollection of Liverpool but don't think that is correct.
