Yeah, that's all very interesting, but what about Palestine? Focus on the real issues FFS.

We're not saying we have a case. The small French team is. Presumably they are miffed at getting no compensation from Montpelier or something. I'm guessing we had agreed to pay them a bit more once we signed the lad. At the end of the day, we weren't allowed to sign him professionally so it's hardly a balls-up, unless people think we should be throwing huge riches at the parents of 14 year olds. Given how many "prodigies" never make it, I say let's leave that to City and Chelsea.

So, if Jezza can force a general election of further referendum and find the time (around sorting out Palestine) to whip together a manifesto / plan, it's looking like he would be promoting a referendum with 3 options: - A) remain (depends on EU allowing us to revoke our notice, but let's assume it's doable); - B) leave with whatever deal is on the table; - C) leave with no deal. So what on earth are the rules going to be? What happens if the result is: A - 40% B - 30% C - 30% ?

Never kissed a Tory. Have sucked someone off for a pie though.

I don't recall saying we were brilliant or reminiscent of 1970s Brazil. What we were, was all-over a fairly ****e opposition team.

You can be all over a team with poor finishing. If your best argument is to talk about the number of shots on target then we can all see who has won. Don't strain yourself reaching for the remote.

At the risk of being pedantic, he is worse than average centrally.
-
You've called me all-in with Garth Crooks. I only had a Keown so I could have easily seen your Jenas, though.

Merrington is soothing and comforting. He's not cutting edge but he's reliable and feels "close". He's classic local radio. Look at the budget BBC One / BT / Sky have for their coverage and then look at some of the inarticulate weirdos they employ to cover matches and, frankly, Merrington is decent in comparison for a fraction of the cost.

No, I mean constantly attacking, dominating possession, winning the ball back quickly, restricting them to literally nothing and nearly scoring ourselves on a number of occasions before actually scoring. But you can sit in your high-backed arm chair with your stats, talking ****e, if you prefer.

Gao clearly doesn't give a **** as long as we stay in the PL. The lack of change is either because Kat has blocking rights and she loves Ralph or Gao has no clue about any alternative.

Lambert has gone too so it's a moot point. Do you think the current leadership of the club is doing a good job?

This is just domestic politics from Labour. Jezza doesn't want a second referendum but he's happy to put aside his famous "principled" approach if he can engineer a general election. He thinks this will be a vote winner. Labour's position on Europe is less clear and no more achievable than the Tories'. At least you know where you stand with the various factions of the Tory party. Labour's position is "we don't want THE custom's union, we want A custom's union. We don't want to BE IN the single market, we want ACCESS to the single market". Without nailing their colours to a Norway model then they are essentially just going for the cherry-picking approach that the EU has soundly rejected but in a more mealy-mouthed way.

You make a good point. Long continues to confound his critics by banging them in.
-
To remove Long. And Ings has been more successful when taking up more advanced positions than the kind of positions Armstrong will operate in.
-
Watching at the game, we were all over them. Because we were.
-
Got to go to a 4231 for this. Armstrong in behind Ings.

Seriously? You think we'll sack him this side of Christmas? Doubt it.
-
So he rates him worse than Bednarek? And Hoedt? In the unlikely event that is true, that makes him a pretty ****ing clueless manager. As for number 2, I generally agree, but he isn't getting a Premier League job anywhere else any time soon.
-
Hopefully a long term one.

That's exactly what we would have not wanted to have done. #expert

Sixth league match and the 4th time we've let in 2 goals. It's not as though teams are carving through us. It's basic stuff. Often just poor concentration.

It's pretty suspicious the way he is being overlooked, to be honest. I doubt it's a Chinese racist thing. More likely he turned down a move when we tried to flog him after a decent world cup or something like that.
