Just noticed this. I’ve spent a fair bit of time in and around the CrossFit scene over the last 7 years or so. All I can say about it is that done right, with a good ‘coach’ and proper technique, the results are great! However, it’s built around pushing yourself to and beyond personal limits which waaaay too often leads to long lasting injuries. But what you failed to see was that they were holding the Jews captive over a long period and had been warned a number of times to release them or face the consequences. Why didn’t you talk about the slavery of the Jews leading up to the Passover?
