  1. God, obvs. It's just the place where armies/leaders come together and get ready to rumble, but it doesn't happen. Christ annihilates them as they get ready to fight against him because by then the entire world will know he's coming back.
  2. Would you rather he simply controlled everything and didn't give us any choice? Armageddon is just a place, there will be no battle. That's a Hollywood thing
  3. I’m waisting my time here and have better things to do. The very fact that you’ve changed from the flood to exodus shows you’re somewhat desperate and even when you’ve had the answer pointed out to you, you still won’t accept it. I come back to something I said a few months ago. We all live by rules. Back in Noah’s day they all had rules. Noah and his family were the only ones to stick to them. Back then they ALL would have known about Gods rules. They chose to disobey them.
  4. And by the way, your question about Adam and Eve is also massively off track. The very fact God gave them the free will to choose shows just how kind he is. If he didn’t give them the opportunity to choose then he’d have been no different to the dictators of this world. Just as you’ve got the choice and free will to believe, or not
  5. 1&2 answered in Gen 6:4 3. No 4. If he didn’t do this then the world would have been an incredibly different place you wouldn’t have the opportunity to sit behind your keyboard for hours on end questioning what a kind and loving God has actually done for you.
  6. Ok duckie, here’s a very short answer to the flood. The “people” drowned in the flood weren’t “real” people as we know them today. And what I mean by “real” is that they weren’t entirely human. They’d been mixing with other things. Therefore God didn’t murder a planet of “innocent” people, as you’re constantly so keen to keep dropping into this thread. But then again you’ve read the bible so you’d know that already. Oh, hang on you clearly haven’t and are lying... To save you the time duckie, Go to Genesis 6 for the answer.
  7. Have you seriously got nothing better to do?
  8. Alive and well in Fratton
  9. Yeah, done right it builds super fit athletes. There’s actually nothing new about it, it’s been used by the American special forces for a long time now. It was made into a competitive sport by an ex navy seal but the culture around is proper weird. They also burn out quite quickly, too. I also would do it again in my 40’s (as I am) because I’d probably break
  10. A little bed time reading for our resident duck porn director http://educatingourworld.com/index.php/coming-books
  11. Just noticed this. I’ve spent a fair bit of time in and around the CrossFit scene over the last 7 years or so. All I can say about it is that done right, with a good ‘coach’ and proper technique, the results are great! However, it’s built around pushing yourself to and beyond personal limits which waaaay too often leads to long lasting injuries. My physio is an ex saints physio and advises physio practices to move close to their nearest CrossFit gym because they’ll never be short of work. The ‘community/cult’ however is proper ghey
  12. You’ve consistently and militantly said that you don’t believe there’s any evidence to support the bible. So what’s the point in me wasting my time. However, WHEN I CAN BE BOTHERED, I’ll dig out a video or 2 of someone explaining the existence of God much better than I can.
  13. They took a grand total of 3 minutes to write. To explain what I need to, to someone like you would take a damn sight longer than that. I take it back, you really are boring and f*****g man baby at that.
  14. Because of this!
  15. Actually, a quick summary won’t really do because people like you (as you’ve proved over and over again) are never satisfied
  16. Here we go again... Do the 10 commandments say thou shalt not murder? Yes Therefore, as I keep on saying, you simply don’t get it. This is why people stop responding to you.
  17. My bad, I shouldn’t have called you boring.
  18. It will be outlawed in the no too distant future. Anyway, as you keep banging on about answering questions “would you ban Christianity or make it punishable if you could”?
  19. The reason I’m holding off fully answering the question is because: 1. It would be an essay 2. Would mean me entering into a debate I don’t have the time for 3. Unlike most of the UK population, I’m still neck deep in work and aren’t being paid by the government to have an extended holiday. 4. Because of 3, I can’t do 1 & 2 Trouble is, you say you’ve read the bible, but you haven’t understood it. For example, your last cherry picking was about God killing the first born males in Egypt. But what you failed to see was that they were holding the Jews captive over a long period and had been warned a number of times to release them or face the consequences. Why didn’t you talk about the slavery of the Jews leading up to the Passover?
  20. Out of interest, MLG. If you could ban Christianity outright, would you?
  21. What’s the point in trying to explain anything to you when you’ve predetermined the outcome? All we ever do with you is go round in circles. You’ve had things explained to you in the past but you can’t accept the answer because your pride won’t let you. I’ve gotta be honest, I find you incredibly boring
  22. For every debate MLG enters, this is the ending. https://tenor.com/bioro.gif
  23. Silence when walking the dog around the beautiful south. Just me, the dog and the birds (and sometimes the kids who never shut up) No school run hassle 1st thing in the morning Less people around Less people around Less people around
  24. And he never will. He constantly bangs on about things like mass murder, but what does the 5th commandment say? “Thou shalt not murder” He fundamentally cannot grasp what’s going on in the bible.
  25. So you’d accept their stance and leave it at that, without hounding him/her. Do you believe in Alexander the Great?
