The main supporter of Lowe throughout the whole sorry debacle of his time as Chairman/DOF has been ASKHAM. He is faceless backbencher who time and again supports a regime devoid of successful footballing ideals and wallowing in a PR mess, making our once popular club the laughing stock of English football. ASKHAM was the original proposer of the reverse takeover...ASKHAM the person who stood down to hand the reigns to Lowe and therefore begin the decline...and before anyone mentions the Stadium,the catering,the academy etc., when he took aver we were in the Premier League and now we look like we are going down to where Ted started off all those years ago!! That is decline for you!! Look at his quotes at the time..30th April 1997.."In handing over to Rupert the club is in safe hands and we look forward to establishing ourselves as the Premier club in the south"...(we already were!!) Lowe 39, arrived at the Dell riding pillion on his friend Andrew Cowans motorbike... riding pillion with Andrew...I knew they were close but not that close! ASKHAM...where are you now you faceless wimp...come out and tell us what you think of this sorry mess you have got the club into....or are you just going to carry on riding pillion with Rupert??!

Spot on! Look at the guys history, either the enhanced one on the OS or just google it! He has never been anywhere longer than two seasons and in the last five years has managed to have five different clubs, including one in Egypt and one in Qatar! He seems to like to be a moving target...little bit harder to hit or catch up with. He left Feyenoord under a cloud ...left Egypt for 'family reasons' ,went back to Holland, then in the same season went to Qatar!! 'family reasons' obviously solved by then! He wont last here very much longer but the ridiculous comments on the OS leave a very bad taste indeed. The good thing is he has now by his comments persuaded many more supporters to march! Admit defeat, go back to the hotbed of football you came from...Qatar!!

Yes I agree, Dennis was a better defender than Bridge...and Williams with Ball was superb. Can someone work out how many players Lowe has had any involvement with, in the two teams...and Ted and LMc? Which were bought,discovered etc., and by whom? Lowe =Niemi and?

Anybody else watching Big Weekend 2 on Sky, with the very 'expensive' young manager that Rupert did not even have the manners to call to say "you have no job", he looks and sounds very impressive....and 16 points clear of 3rd place! But maybe he has got the plot wrong....mix experience with young loanee's from clubs like Man Utd...oh and didnt Mcmoneyme/mcenemy/manager of Team 'A', say Sir Alex was a fan of Nigels? Its not rocket science....or is it? remove a manager..remove a picture from the boardroom....cut nose off to spite face!! ignore knowledge at your peril.

Good evening all UP would I be correct in saying that most football supporters judge their Chairmen on the managers they appoint and therefore the results those managers gain? Is it also correct (please someone correct me if I am wrong) that with all the various managers Rupert has appointed he/they have produced over his 10 years a win percentage in the League of less than 30%!! (Would love to know the goals for and against in that period if anyone can help) Could I also venture that all the 'modern' ideas and methods, some revolutionary according to Rupert, have A) not produced winning teams B) not given the club any upward momentum in the League. I am sorry to all if this simplistic summary is hard to swallow, but surprisingly if you appoint good managers who win more games than they lose..the club moves up the league...supporters remain happy because of that...revenues increase because of higher attendances..and people praise you. If you do not, as a Chairman, appoint successfully...obviously the opposite happens and you end up in a situation (2nd bottom of the Championship) that we all dislike and become slightly frustrated with!! Please all Lowe supporters help me change those statistics, so that what Rupert is doing to this club looks more..revolutionary...visionary...modern...forward thinking. Instead of, in football terms (because thats what we are, a football club) outright,utter failure! I think it was a certain Mr Lowe that said "we are in a results driven business". Kind regards

The really sad thing is that true supporters like Crouch who have actually got wealth, unlike Rupert and his group, are now finished with this club....Leon and others actually put time and hard cash into the club, but Rupert and his friendly most friends, who have not put a penny in but sucked the club dry, and now only have their investments as their sanctuary,and that is truly their only interest!! Stock is diminishing daily, on and off the field,but Rupert..Andrew...Guy 'Love lane, romsey' Askham,and the others who know who they are, watch..secretly ashamed but not knowing what the f..k to do after allowing Rupes to control the train set..which he enjoys...poor old JP and more importantly Wotte, whose CV's smack of nearly but not quite...oh and why did Wotte leave the Netherlands so quickly...lets all rejoice though in the knowledge that Rupet has invented a "revolutionary new coaching set up" where we dispense with anyone over 2k per week and try and wing it....my god how the tide has turned...it is now more obvious than ever that the only reason Rupes walked back into town was to protect his own investment...we once had a club..now we have_
