Make your own! Buy some cheap black ones and get them cut off. I'm sure you know a suitable female who can re-seam them for you!
-
Just get plain shorts and socks from Sports Direct.
-
Don't knock the Vectra. Like I said earlier we've had 4 (from a 96 'N' to a 2002 '51') and all have been totally 100% reliable. You'll get an immaculate 2001/02 SRi with low miles and full service history for well within your budget.
-
Yep, you'll get a cracking Merc for under £1500.

Who is your player of the season so far?

Playing for the reserves? -
Thing is I do like it. It's been one of my favourite programs for years. I just thought last nights was a bit pants. I still watched and yes, I was still entertained. Just not as much as I expected to be. Simples.

I thought it was pretty crap last night. Not sure quite what the point of smashing up the Twingo was to be honest. Absolutely pointless. Why not do the piece, not smash the Twingo up and then devise a way of giving it to someone in the audience? Or maybe even auction it for charity? Anything but the puerile way they smashed it to bits. A great little car destroyed for absolutely no reason other than supposed entertainment.

Amen to that. Silverstone should be an automatic date on the F1 race diary, along with other classic circuits that are seen as 'under threat' from the poison dwarfs chopper!

He's had a couple of high impact appearances coming on as sub but I felt the others have made more of a consistent contribution. -

My choice as well. Lallana is a very, VERY close second though. -

I've added a poll but I can only put 10 options. I think these are probably our 10 best so far this season but let me know if you disagree! -
Sold now but thanks for the interest.

This whole 'flood zone' thing REALLY annoys me. Half the insurance companies won't touch us as we're in a supposed 'high-flood-risk' zone yet the lady who has lived next door for over 80 years (yes, 80 years) says it has never even come close to flooding. Makes my blood boil!
-
Yeah, I've just read that as well.
-
I know. We had a chuckle at that one. Didn't really notice it at first!
-
Good stuff! I can't wait for this one. I don't know why, it's hardly the most glamorous of locations!
-
OK. Thank you ever so much for your sincere and sensible interest though.

Not £250 (though you're welcome to pay me that if you like!) It's not widescreen and is 2 years old so I'd expect around £150 TBH. Yeah, if your laptop ever has any problems and it's out of warranty I can look at it. I charge a lot less than PC world too!

What annoys me is, if we'd won against Brighton (which we really should of), we'd be 6 places higher in the league than we currently are!

Does anyone work for Ikea and fancy earning a tenner?

Alternatively go to your local B&Q/Homebase/The Range/whatever and get yourself another set of equally generic plain white blinds for less money without the hassle! I'm a genius! -
No it doesn't I'm afraid though they can be picked up very cheap on eBay.
-
I think it will go for a fair bit more than that on eBay to be honest and I've already turned down £100 from St Stevo. It would have to be more than that I'm afraid. There are 2 of these on there at the moment. The bidding is up to £185 on one and the other is 'buy it now' for £265. There's one going as spares or repair for £149 so your bid needs to be a bit better than £80 I'm afraid. I'm an accredited Toshiba Laptop Engineer so I know what it's worth at the end of the day.
-
£80. It's worth more than that to me in spare parts so I can't let it go for any less. That would be like selling a car for less than it's scrap value! The OS is worth a few quid as well.
