Calum Chambers has been a made available for loan by Wenger
-
Mirror has us keen on Ryan Mason with Spurs willing to release him.

As Duncan says Martina also plays centre half. If Fonte is leaving he would have expected been a good player to still have around. Really gutted that Martina is leaving. Really want to wish him all the best for the future.

Being rumored that Saints are in for a French striker. No names given but a player wanted by Puel
-
JRod going on loan to WBA provides the opportunity of him linking up with Ricky Lambert. This is something that may help JRod rediscover his old form easier. Any such move would definitely indicate Berahino in line for a move to Saints.
-
Screw SwiftKey. Should read JAKE HESKETH as the player Puel will fast track into the first team.
-
It makes sense him going out on loan if it gives him regular playing time. He's certainly not going to get that remaining at the club under the current formation. I'm certain Puel will be bringing in strikers from France or Europe that he feels will enhance the diamond formation. That means little likelihood of playing time for JRod and Austin either. One player I do forsee getting a look in is Jake Hewlett. I believe Puel has him lined up for fast tracking into the first team.

If you chose to watch the MU Television match feed you can expect to have biased commentary from the likes of Phil Neville. He is paid to be biased while working for MU TV. There was other commentary feeds available on Friday night. I used to really hate listening to him, but he's mellowed and certainly had a lot of good things to say about Saints.

The Sun are reporting Hull are wanting to take Jay Rodriguez on a season loan loan
-
Get rid of this guy tout suite. People complain non stop about Target and JWP being Austin is completely devoid of any use to Saints. If QPR want him them gift wrap him and send him return to send
-
Talksport's top transfer analysist has said Jose definitely want this move to United who are prepared to raise an offer to 13 to 14 million. Saints need be find a replacement quickly for this to go ahead as soon as possible.
-
The Jose to Man United has been discussed several times today on Talksport. Every pundit or informed guest has written off Jose moving, saying he'd prefer playing regular football to sitting on the bench for United. Money would be the only reason he may wish to cash in on his end of career
-
Excellent and we'll informed article. When he mentions United can see their future stars, he refers to Saints future stars not United, although one could tongue in cheek, take it to mean United will take there pickings in future.

Just been posted on ESPN 43 minutes ago that Arsenal are in for Jose

Amazed we aren't trying to get shot of Cedric. Shame Koeman hasn't put him on players to buy list. The one deal I'm pretty sure is going to happen is Liverpool coming in with a silly money offer for Ryan Bertrand. They are desperate for a left back and Bertrand fits the role perfectly. Unless the club shows ambition by bringing in 2 or 3 class players soon, I can see more raidjs on our best players. We ought to be bigging up JWP in the hope it attracts buyers.
-
Since when has Martina been replaced. I haven't read of him leaving the club. He not only plays right back but according to his profile, also left back and center back

Suggest those with doubts of what Puel is trying to achieve with the diamond formation try go ogling the history of the diamond. It can be far more flexible that people are suggesting. Interesting to see the teams and managers listed who have made the most of using the diamond. Ancelotti made Milan almost invincible with his variations of the diamond. Can Puel succeed at Saints? I believe he can if he brings in the right players but only time will tell
-
I was greatly heartened in our formation by the fact for most of the 2nd half Forster didn't have practically nothing to do. With the right players and a little tinkering I think eventually we will get the diamond right. It offers an alternative plan and shuts down the opposition attacks. Of course lighthtweights like JWP, have no place and we need to bring in several additions and get rid of the likes of Cedric, even Romeo. I believe Puels knows what he is doing and will have us achieving more than we did under one trick Koeman. To compare him to Hodgson and say he is arrogant is way off the mark. He obviously knew how to install plenty of fighting spirit in the second half. We should easily have won had we succeeded with one or two of the near misses. I really enjoyed the 2nd half which left me with plenty of optimism of things to come. My concern is Eric Black and how much his translations and input may be behind Puel's message not always getting thru.

****ing SwiftKey. Should read MOBDRO
-
Just downloaded Motorola Apo onto my Android phone. The streams are superb. Anyone know what channel the Saints game is on. Many thanks Rorski for the heads up
-
Based on his press conference, Puel's laying the grounds for one huge backlash from the supporters if he doesn't quickly get the results. At least Pochettino via the translator was interesting and fun to watch. Just hope he can inspire the players better than he inspires me.

Relegation odds favorites http://www.sportinglife.com/football/news/article/165/10529211/premier-league-betting-tips-ante-post-201-17-relegation-preview

I still have Jack Grealish being lined up to be signed soon. Fits well the left sides at taking player mentioned. Saddened to see the club are odds on favorites with Hull for relegation this year. Almost as certain as Gary Monk getting the boot before the end of September.

Puels pré season tactics to the Premier League has been all aut adding an additional way of play as we take on the Europa Ligue in addition to the Premier League, the Fa and League Cups. It's all been about making us more versatile.
-
If José Fonte is staying it'll be because he's been told we'll be bringing in additional good signings There's no way he'll stay with the squad as it is. It doesn't show the ambition everyone is expecting.
