Derry I wish you would get over this thing about the club not being in administration. With SFC not paying its wages on Thursday basically showed SFC was insolvent with or without SLH. But your concern about money being paid to a third party ie The Football League, I believe is the normal practice. ie Bale goes to Spurs, Spurs pay the fa / fl who then pay us.

I dont know for sure, but looking at the facts and the info I have received I would say it is fine and going along smoothly. £500k being paid, Pinnacle in meetings with Staff / Press / Legal Team / Mark Fry today tonight and tomorrow all makes good reading. Put it this way Im not concerned. Things can change but nothing is looking that way apart from a post on another forum, that people have taken notice of. I could make a sticky on this forum saying something really controversal about something really out there and people would have a frenzy. Thats the problem with forums as we all know.

Just had a text from my mate who is Town and can tell you that at this very moment Pinnacle reps are with the manager having dinner and a few beers.

I think it is ******** but have just sent a couple of texts to confirm it is. Reason being, that where did the £500k come from then to pay the wages on Friday! Due Dilligence was completed before so if a problem would not have enetered the 21 day period.
