  1. He's been okay, I personally think Rodriguez was better.
  2. First decent delivery from a set-piece -> Guly.
  3. How is that not a penalty....
  4. Yeah it is, now way in hell will you get two CBs and a CM for the money we paid for Ramirez that are actually an improvement on what we have....
  5. This.
  6. Mayuka needs to come on now. We're not making any runs, everyone wants the ball in their feet so that they can pass it backwards....
  7. Schneiderlin needs to go, no effort. He's given up.
  8. Pfff, we're so afraid to lose the ball that we're not even trying to counter-attack.... Fonte needs so many fouls, why can't just play the body instead of flapping his hands everywhere.
  9. Pfff, we're so afraid to lose the ball that we're not even trying to counter-attack....
  10. Lady luck not on our side today.
  11. Because we've got two parts not working together in this team. The attackers and wingers are trying to push up the field and the defense are backning down until we we're in our own box. That leaves so much space for WBA to operate in that we're never close enough to put in a tackle.
  12. We started okay but look a bit nervous. After their goal everything feel apart. We need to play higher up the pitch with the whole team pressing them into making mistakes. Because our defense and Schneiderlin are so scared they back off to much which creates acres of space in the midfield for WBA to pass through. We need to start playing like a team now!
  13. Guly is not playing, we need someone to be the scapegoat....
  14. He had two opponents because Lallana once again was somewhere else. What is the guy supposed to do?
  15. Should have had a freekick. Double ****!
  16. Example two seconds ago, Fox points to the outside where Jones is running forward, Lallana looks up, moves two yards and starts looking at the ball again. ****!
  17. The thing with Lallana isn't even that he doesn't work enough, he just doesn't seem to understand what to do when defending.
  18. Too much dribbling on our own half! First Lambert with a awful pass, then Ramirez taking on three players half-way our own half. Rookie mistakes....
  19. How can Lallana and FOx be so bad and defending as a couple. Its like they don't know each others first name....
  20. Davis' passing has been awful. He looks nervous.
  21. Wow, that almost went very badly very quickly....
  22. I like that line-up, now we need a good performance form them!
  23. Don't know if its a fairy tale David, it just shows how awful the quality of both the Allsvenskan and their youth development is. Sure, Brommapojkarna have a decent team with a lot of homegrown youngsters and a very good youth system but there are teams with bigger resources that should be doing a better job at youth development. Football has a lot to learn from other sports (mainly Icehockey) when it comes to youth development.
  24. I never said that, all I said is that's its more important to win points against teams around us then against teams up top. Even better would be winning both but if I had to choose I'd rather win against Reading then Man Utd. That way you stop your direct rivals getting valuable points. The other point I was making is that we need a top-team to have an off day if we're going to get a result against them. If we play a very good match (like the matches against City and Utd) we still come away with nothing because they will punish every mistake. If they are have an off day (Arsenal @ Norwich) you can win when you play well. This doesn't mean you accept your losses before you start the match, its means that you might have to accept the loss because your opponents are just better.
  25. There's a big difference between the likes of Arsenal, Man City and Manu compared to Wigan, Villa, Norwich, Reading, etc. I'm not expecting any easy matches but against the team lesser teams you can expect to come away with something as long as you put in a good performance. Against the top teams a team like ours can play their best match of the season and still get beat. If we survive or not is determined by how we do against the teams around us. If we play like we did against Wigan in the majority of the games we will go down. If we play like we did against Villa we will survive. Liek I said last week, I'm looking forward to the WBA match. It will give us answers on where we stand much more then last week against Spurs.
