It sounds like it has a bit of an Irish twang to me and they evidently want to be Irish sounding.

Will what happened to us happen to that lot down the road?

Would you like to reconsider that statement? -

And WHEN the scum do do get relegated and hit the rocks they'll have nothing to show for it. At least we've got St marys, they'll be stuck with a derilict Fratton Park. -
A song sung in the cotton fields of Americas deep south.

I'll **** myself laughing and when it does happen they'll be in far worse shape than us. -
Well if it's Scottish (or Scotch as i like to call them to my Scottish neighbour who gets wound up easily) then that makes it even more of a no no.

If you'd bothered to follow the thread you'd know i was talking about Mull of Kintyre, not the Irish sounding Saints Aid song. As i said before it's a good effort if you like that sort of jingle but not my thing.
-
I wouldn't. What has an Irish song got to do with Notts Forest or us? I did think that when they sung "you've lost that loving feeling" when they equalised/went ahead was good though.

It sounds like Irish music so that'd explain why you like it and I don't.
-
I don't like it - not my taste in music.

The Surname is Brown.

I hope now realise you PM box is about to be invaded with spam.

I'm past the point of caring now. All we can do is wait and see.

He should start posting on TSW, he'd fit right in with the gang.

In other words you are ITK even if you're not ITK. Thanks for clearing that one up.

Heard on the radio this morning that 1 MP claimed £8000 for a new TV. What a bunch of two faced robbing crooks.

:smt043 £900,000 pledged on a thread on a fans messageboard doesn't = £900,000 pledged in real life. The fact the £900,000 reduced to £90,000 when it was made a "little" more official says it all. If push came to shove do you seriously expect the £91,000 to be coughed up? Is the the pledge contractually binding? I do respect that you care, but let's be honest it was a ridiculous idea that would never work.

Credit for ****ing in the wind is not something i'd be congratulatory on.

Aldi's are actaully good supermarkets, i'd rather an Aldi than a Lidl.
-
How can you say it ever had any chance of working. £91K is peanuts and comes nowhere close to even scratching the surface.
-
It was given a negative response because it was a daft idea that was never going to work.

Things are coing to a head. The waiting game will be over by this time next week, I hope...

Shahid Malik (MP for Bradford) has run up the highest claims of the lot of them. "His second home claims have included £2,600 for a home cinema system — which was cut in half by officials — and £65 for a court summons for not paying council tax." The house he rents in his constituency he pays for out of his own pocket for a discounted rent of £100 p.w. The landlord, Tahir Zaman (pictured right), was recently fined for letting a house that was uninhabitable. So how come this Tahir only charges £100 p.w rent? I wonder what favours he's getting in return. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/mps-expenses/5326333/Shahid-Malik-his-house-and-the-slum-landlord-MPs-expenses.html MP's accross all parties are as bad as each other and it makes me sick. I'll never vote mainstream again.

That's good to know, and it's also quite amusing that the usual clever clogs ITK's are in the dark.
