Perhaps managers of the "big boys" don't do stupid things. Or perhaps those clubs are better structured so that the rules which are necessary to observe are known to all. Or perhaps they just don't get caught because they don't use juvénile idiots.

I really don't see that Eckert is the only person to blame though. Someone above him in the hierarchy must have known what we we were doing and with a bit of moral compass should have put a stop to it. Eckert is trying to fall on his sword but the wording of the EFL enquiry says otherwise.

Well yes, but there are also fines that go with yellow cards and the suspensions for cumulations. Some clubs fine players for getting too many cards.

It seems that the EFL punishes clubs affiliated to it. The FA punishes individuals for whatever FA rules on which they may have trangressed. So I doubt any punishment already received by the club will affect the guilty (or not) individuals.

Like it makes any différence whatsoever what we all think.

I doubt that the FA enquiry will take very long. According to the media it was opened last week and there doesn't seem to be much denial on Saint's part. So I suppose it's just a who knew and how much more of it was there. Should be wrapped up before the WC starts.

What's there to investigate really, they all knew what was going on. Don't need a Spanish Inquisition. We might be on the wrong side of an employment tribunal though if the "facts" about making junior employees conduct illicit activitys against their will though. There will be a FA case against us.
